Location is definitely good. Was here for four nights. Reasonably priced. The regular rate is 1500 pesos a night, but as a friend and I were staying for four nights, we managed to get an acceptable discount. Room is adequate. As my friend snores, I took the adjacent room beside the bathroom and shower. A thin mattress was provided to...

We had the fan room with see view for 1000peso. It was okay but I am sure you can find better option. Big advantage was sardines run just 10m away. The biggest downside seems to be Cora... She acts nice at the begining but what we experienced at the end is beyond any understanding! We had a late flight from...

The most horrible place i've ever been to. Dont sleep there unless you absolutely have no other choice. She gave me the small room on the side, i heard evey little bit happend outside. Couldnt sleep. I was told the room will cost 100 pesos for 1 night. When i told her i wont stay for another night she asked...

People are complaining about the water. There is only water available in the night in Moalboal. Therefore Cora made a big tank in the basement and a roof tank for the pressure during the day. A pump is pumping it from the basement to the roof tank. In the past this was done by Cora in the night and on...

Cora resides here also. She has a handful of rooms that are tidy, the beds are comfortable. We took a a/c room at 1000 php a night and extended once we had had a look around. Centrally located within spitting distance of many dive shops (that's what we are here for). It's not luxury, it's not snooty. It is down...

The place is just over the sardines but it's expensive for what you get, Cora is sometimes rude, she and her friends were partying and making noise at night while we tried to sleep, we also found a coakroach and other uncomfortable situation related with nudity. Don't go there. I regret not reading tripadvisor reviews before deciding

Cora, the owner of this cozy establishment made me feel welcome and at home. She gave me advice on what to do, where to go and was wonderful in every way. I fully recommend this place. It is quiet, clean has air con or fan and very cheap compared to other places with similar facilities. She also offers weekly deals...

Upon arriving at the hotel, we were shocked at the state of the facilities. It seemed constructed with light materials, there was even a big hole in the floor that they attempted to cover with a chair. But not knowing about it, my friend fell into the hole! We booked and paid for 3 rooms but just got 2! She...

Arrived here late on a Sunday night so took the only available room there, with an option to move to an ocean view on Tuesday. Room is basic with a fan, bathroom/shower all in one and good wifi. My new room was bigger but right on the ocean where all I had to do was walk down the stone stairs...

We stayed at Cora's Palm Court for 4 days and kept very much to ourselves.. The location was great (there seems to be two locations on trip advisor, we stayed right on the water along the main strip.. Not the one further up the road) we had room 1 which had a little balcony that looked over the water, the...
