What a great stay.

The hotel is located at a walking distance from Mykonos' little venice. The walk is a little scary because there is no pedestrian walk and cars pass by fast, but we got used to it.

We paid 20 euros from the airport (and we had to wait for a taxi), so better ask the hotel for a pickup.

Check in was fast. The room was at the top floor, a steep walk from the lobby, and not fun if you arrive tired late at night. However, it turns out that it's not that hard and to the opposite, the room offered a unique view of the beach / bay in front of the hotel. A magnificent view in my opinion.

Front desk team were warm and helpful, and made their best that we have a pleasant stay. I can't remember their names, but I would like to thank them for the hospitality.
I wanted to rent a bike and the lovely person at the front desk explained to me how to get the international license approved through an online provider then had the bike delivered to the hotel (instead of going all the way to town center). Great service.

Breakfast could be better. If you don't mind the strong winds, you can have your meal at the balcony and have a wonderful morning.

The room i was offered was one of the newly renovated ones, so it was great. You can use the pool at the hotel if you don't feel like walking few steps to the nearby sandy beach. The chaise-longs are very comfortable and the mood is amazing you wouldn't want to leave.

We extended our stay so we had to be moved to the older rooms, who were slightly old, but had larger balconies and same view of the beach and little venice.

We were able to get a good deal on prices relative to the nearby hotels, but still it was very expensive. We would love to stay there another time.

All in all, it was an unforgettable stay.

We were four families who stayed here for two nights.

From the moment we stepped in we were greeted in a warm and friendly manner. We were assigned rooms even though we arrived early.

Two of our rooms faced the beach and the breeze on the balcony was pleasant and refreshing.

The staff everywhere was helpful and polite at all times.

The poolside area is quite large with enough sun beds.

The breakfast room was big enough not to create crowding and the spread was delicious.

The hotel is within walking distance to Little Venice and Chora but care should be taken on the narrow roads.

Desti, at the front desk was amazing and helped arrange our transportation, which made it easy for our large group of 12. She even negotiated the rates. Vanessa at the front desk was also very helpful in helping us make restaurant reservations.

One of our group left behind some valuables in the safe and Desti made sure to retrieve them and send the package overnight to our hotel in Athens.

All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this place.

Overall, had a good stay here. My friends and I got 3 Junior Suites, luckily all located near each other on the ground floor. The suite was very spacious—with a queen bed, couch/TV area, outdoor patio, fridge and safe! The bathroom was fairly spacious as well. However, the overall feel and decor of the room/bathroom felt very old, not modern at all.

Location wise, it’s not far from town (where the restaurants, shopping, bars are)—it’s about a 10 mins walk but the path leading there is unsafe, especially at night, because there’s no legit sidewalk and you are basically walking along the actual car road. Suggest you get a taxi vs walk. Also, once arriving to the hotel, there’s an insane incline to get to the front entrance—not ideal to get a car situated there for pickup/drop off or loading/unloading luggages.

Concierge was friendly. But prior to arriving, I tried contacting the hotel a few times via Expedia messages and by emailing them directly but never got a response—this should be IMPROVED by management. Breakfast was included—decent breakfast food and drinks! There is a small bar by the pool area for drinks—the bartender at night was awesome—recommend his strawberry daiquiris, so delicious!

We chose Grand Beach resort for its location – adjacent to and overlooking Grand Beach (not actually the prettiest, and quite windy while we were there, but a beach nonetheless) and a short (albeit treacherous) walk to town/Chora. The people are wonderful, most especially Panos, who has a bright future in hospitality or just about anything else he choses to do with his life (what an absolute sweetheart!). Our room and the common areas were very clean, but a tad dated (our bathroom could have used updating). The pool is beautiful, and the breakfast was excellent, and served in a room with stunning sea views. We also enjoyed a snack via room service, and were happy with the food, price, and speedy service. The overall price was definitely reasonable, too. We enjoyed our stay very much, and would recommend Grand Beach Resort.

We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the incredible views, sunset and the new renovated room with ocean view. The room was very big, well decorated, as well as the bathroom, great details in the Lightning. The staf always ready to help you. We rent a car in the hotel, where they also have free parking and you can easily return it there, quite convenient. The breakfast had good variety and the food in the restaurant was sooo tasty!! We felt it was a great choice

First time in Greece and booked our hotel for five days. Was not disappointed, it was much better than I imagined. Even though it’s located near (10mins walk) to the city centre, the hotel was very quiet and private, which we very liked. Breakfast was rich, foods were absolutely delicious. My favorite was the chicken mushroom risotto. Everyone was friendly, they were checking the mini bar every day, cleaning, fresh towels every day and making sure our stay was perfect. Going to the city, and sightseeing is a must, but I preferred to stay at the pool and enjoy the view. The view from our room was just WOW. So, long story short, I loved everything, everyone and definitely will recommend this hotel to everyone I know, who will visit Mykonos. Thank you, Grand Beach!

We spent two nights at the Grand Beach, and had a great experience.

The service was great and our room was huge with a bedroom area and a separate living room and terrace.

The best part was the expansive pool where I spent a delightful afternoon.

The one drawback was the road that we needed to walk along to get to Mykonos Town, as it was rather narrow with fast traffic. But it is close enough that you can get to the core of the town in maybe 10-15 minutes.

The hotel suite room of this property that we stayed in for only two nights and overpayed for was extremely uncomfortable in such ways that we only tried to enter the room only to sleep for a few hours. The room had a veeery old smell, the lamps were rusted and dirty, the AC was extremely old and was not working properly, the mattress, pillows, and the bedsheets were soaked wet and had to throw dry towels on top of our pillows in order to sleep and we woke up twice with big spiders walking out of our pillows. I have stayed in so many hotels of islands in Greece and I’ve never experienced such things, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Mykonos.

Dear Christiana We would like to thank you for choosing our hotel for your stay in Mykonos. We would like to inform you that we take our customer feedback very seriously. Though we feel wronged about your comment. During your stay we made sure from the moment you came (as we do for every customer) that your room was clean and everything was working properly. During your stay and at your check-out you didn’t inform us about anything negative as described above in your comment (mykonos island does not have big spiders) and due to the fact that your comment was also posted into other platforms online (a simple copy-paste)it’s a red flag to us that probably your comment doesn’t reflect true facts and experiences but unfortunately only preoccupied negative comments with the aim of hurting the image of our property. We always do our best to reach all of our customers’ expectations! We would like to thank you for staying with us. With kind regards, General Manager of Grand Beach Hotel

This was a last minute booking as we needed to spend one night in Mykonos before our flight home. Location is fine and the overall look of the hotel is good. But the thing that has disappointed me most is that they don’t provide a complimentary bottle of water for guests in their rooms. They are in the mini bar at €2/500ml. Surely at almost £200/night you could provide some water? Also the shower was terrible.
On the plus side, the bed was really comfortable.

I'm not sure what people thinking when they are ratings this place so high. I will give 2 from 5 . I like it only area nothing else. Hotel with terrible old furniture. Same breakfast every day. Not very big menu for the dinner. We book the room with private hottob, it's probably was a joke, but it was only normal bath with bubbles, haha.. and so dirty OMG.
Swimming pool okay , it could be better service because if you what something you always have to walk to the bar make the order, sometimes It will be nice to get service next to the Swimming pool.
I'm the breakfast not that many people was wearing masks and the stuff also , and no one said anything I'm not surprised why so many people get covid in mykonos.

If you’re wanting airport transfers, to be honest, you’re better off getting in a taxi which will cost about $10 euro. The hotel isn’t that far from the airport. If you order a transfer through them, by memory, it cost around $30 euro one way
