A very short walk into the centre of Mykonos Town. This was my 5th stay at Andriani’s. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Espresso machine in the room. The rooms I have had have excellent views over the town and sea towards Tinos. Breakfast is relaxed in the shady courtyard. Owners are friendly and it feels like coming home to me now. A fellow guest told me it was his 12th stay at Andriani’s so that says it all. I will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay very much at Andriani’s Guesthouse. We didn’t had any expectations but it was way better than we thought it would be. Hotels in Mykonos are expensive, and our experience from other years is that you pay a lot per night, but the hotel/room is basic and has no thrills at all. This year we choose Adrianna’s guesthouse. We were welcomed by Georgie, and directly we felt at home and super welcome, she was extremely friendly and welcoming. It turned out the Guesthouse is managed by one family, Mother Adriani, father Antonis and daughter Georgie.
We reserved a room with a balcony, the room was spacious and extremely clean, almost every day they changed the bedlinen, and everyday fresh towels. The room had everything we needed, including a coffee machine, TV and safe. The view over Mykonos town from the balcony was amazing, we had lovely evenings enjoying the view and the sunset.
The location was one of the reasons we choose this Hotel, its just a few minutes’ walk to the hearth of town, and at the same time it’s a very quiet place. It’s a little of the street, so there is no noise from traffic or people passing by. Andriana prepares the breakfast every day, Breakfast is not included in the room rate, The price is 10 euro per person per day. We had breakfast on two of our mornings, and it was to much food, so good, coffee or tea, bread, croissants, feta cheese with oil, marmalade, yoghurt, eggs; any style you like, fruits……. Just so much food, its hard to keep you figure and show up at Elia beach in shape 😊
All together we had a great stay, we will be back!

Andriani’s guest-house is in a perfect location to Mykonos town. It is super clean and the people that work there are so friendly. Antonis was super accommodating and let us check in a day earlier with us having to take a late ferry due to a strike. Do not hesitate to book here. I will definitely be staying here again when I come back to Mykonos. Thank you for everything!

We are completely satisfied with the guest house. It is run by a very nice family. I do not speak English well, but they helped us with everything and tried to communicate with us. All our requests were fulfilled. We are especially grateful to their daughter Georgina. The breakfast was also very delicious and plentiful. The bed was super comfortable. Every day we had cleaning and we got clean bedding. the windows are well insulated so there is no city noise. The room can be darkened well at night. We are very glad that we chose them. Thank you very much for everything.

This is a lovely small family run hotel. We were very happy with our room that had a balcony looking out to sea. The room was clean and well appointed. We were even provided with a kettle and extra cups. The proprietor very kindly took us to the airport when we were leaving. You do have the wonderful view because the hotel is high above the town. The hill is steep but in actual fact you can walk down the hill, across the main road and through to the pedestrian paths in the old town in 5 minutes.

The people are very nice and the location is good if you don't mind the hill to get home. We stayed in the cottage which was designed for 4 people and was large and had cooking facilities. But it smelled very musty so if you go, don't stay in the cottage if you are sensitive to that. Bed was comfortable and shower excellent.

Andriani her husband and daughter are super friendly.
Cooked breakfast for me washed my clothes and drove me back and forth to the airport for free!
It almost felt like I was part of their family.
This is a great place with a superb location minutes away from the center.

This was our fourth time staying at Andrianis. Always satisfied.
Friendly owners, reasonable prices.
The location is perfect, 3 minutes from the central Fabrica Square.
Restaurants, shops and the old town are right on the doorstep.

I booked a “Double Room with Panoramic View”.
I had a wonderful time in Mykonos but my time at Andriani's Guest House could have been much better.
Let me first say, the room and location are good, but I found the service from the manager to be TERRIBLE, full details below.
My room, including the bathroom, was clean and comfortable, however maintenance could be improved. The espresso maker was a nice touch although I did have to ask for the water to be replenished every day.
The location is good, it’s near Fabrika bus station (for buses to many parts of the island) and you can walk to everywhere in the old town in less than 15minutes. However it is up an incredibly steep hill so this is very difficult with luggage or if you have mobility issues.
There are two main problems with this guesthouse:
First, there is no 24/7 reception, so if you have any issues you have to phone the manager, Mr Antonios Mavros (I will call him Mr Antonios), on his Greek mobile - this does not make things easy or cheap when you are on holiday! When I arrived he had arranged someone else to show me my room. I had booked a double room but was given a twin. I had to ask the person to phone Mr Antonios to ask if this could be changed, he did not care, so I had to ask the housekeeping lady the following morning if she could convert the two single beds into a double, she did this without any problem.
The second issue is that the manager (or owner), Mr Antonios Mavros, is incredibly rude. Never, ever before in all my travels across the world have I been made to feel so unwelcome anywhere I’ve stayed. Mr Antonios seems unable to smile or even say “hello”, he is just interested in you paying for your stay, preferably in cash. The young man and young girl who work were friendly, I was just so shocked that Mr Antonios was always constantly rude for no reason.
Mr Antonios sent emails before my arrival to confirm arrival time and they were all abrupt, especially when I couldn’t tell him 3 weeks prior to my arrival the exact time – see photo. He can speak English fine, so that is not an excuse for his emails. He didn’t care that I’d been given a twin room when I booked a double and I had to request the bottle of wine included in my reservation. Pre-departure he tried to charge me an unreasonably high fare for transfer to the port. Not only that but two other guests were departing at the same time, he didn’t care, he just wanted to charge as much as possible. As I knew he was charging too much I decided to make my own arrangements which were much cheaper, although unfortunately this did not go as planned and I missed my ferry and spent an additional 3 hours at the ferry port, thank you Mr Antonios, all because he was trying to charge as much money as possible. Because I was having such a good time I actually considered staying more nights but when I asked Mr Antonios how much that would be he tried to charge me so much I decided not to.
Checking-out Mr Antonios was particularly unpleasant, his mood only lifted a little when he realised I was prepared to pay him entirely in cash so as to get a discount. It’s such a shame when people cannot be pleasant to you until it’s about money, Mr Antonios is one such person.
This is a long review but I was so annoyed at how I was treated I felt compelled to write this in full.
I’m surprised not to see more reviews like this, so perhaps I was just very unlucky. If it wasn’t for Mr Antonios I would have no problem in recommending this as a place to stay, unfortunately I have to say that until he is able to deliver better customer service I would suggest you stay elsewhere.
