Fantastic central location. We were given excellent arrival details, brilliant directions. The room suited our requirements precisely - location, location location!! The outside space was an added bonus. The shower is brilliant and exactly what we needed having spent the day whizzing around the island on a sand buggy. A fridge in the room with a little supermarket around the corner meant you could buy essential water and sound downers before heading out for dinner and dancing.

The hotel is made up of several buildings with a central office and is managed by Lorraine, who was incredibly helpful since my booking process and during all of our stay. We were able to communicate by email but also through WhatsApp which was tremendously convenient since in many countries it has become a very efficient way to communicate. Lorraine helped us with many special needs that we had, arranged several transfers and I would say that she "took care of us" going well beyond what you would find in a small hotel. There are different types of rooms, we had a family room with plenty space for 4 and with a terrace, although the bathroom was a little small for the size of the room. The hotel is very centrally located, 2 minute walk to all restaurants, bars, shops, etc. We went to several nightclubs and it was great to have a 2 to 3 minute walk at 3am back to your room. The main office closes in the afternoon although most ferries and flights arrive during the day. However if you will arrive late in the day you can get in touch with Lorraine and she will make sure you have a great welcome and stay.

The host contacted me before arrival and thus I could arrange to stow my luggage upon arrival in the morning. The maid Rosa who took care of this moved my luggage to my room after having cleaned it spotlessly!
The room was beautiful with lots of personal touches and cute furniture. The view from my window was great (towards a church). A capsule coffeemaker, complimentary instant café & tea, a kettle, a fridge and a hairdryer were available.
The air con wasn’t needed but worked just fine when tested.
I loved the central yet quiet location.

We had booked two rooms via phone two weeks before arrival and we had received a confirmation email indicating the amount that we had to pay upon arrival. When we got there we called the number indicated on the door (since there was no reception) and they told us that they couldn’t find our reservation. After waiting for 20 minutes outside the apartments and after asking from the lady who answered the phone to come there and she refused, she told us that it was our fault since we hadn’t called two days before to confirm the reservation. However, when I called to make the reservation, she never mentioned such condition nor it was stated in the confirmation email we received. Only imagine going to Mykonos in July having nowhere to stay- it was the worst experience.

We stayed here for 2 nights and we wish we had longer. The photos don’t do it justice. The beds are comfy and the rooms are very modern. My only advice is that it may be slightly on the small side (double room) if you’re saying for a longer period of time. The owner is very helpful and always answers any questions you have. It is right in the middle of Mykonos town but still very quiet!! Recommend. 👍

We stayed 2 nights in Mykonos before flying home after doing some island hopping in Greece. Eleanna's were super quick at communicating with us after we advised we were going to arrive early. Despite trying to get our room ready for us, we were able to drop our bags and go for a drink whilst house-keeping was finished. We had a text when it was ready - this was lovely. Despite the notice on the door to say housekeeping was daily, we didn't receive this whilst we were here although we did get a knock on the door offering us fresh towels! I don't know if this is the norm or not but it was slightly odd. The room itself was a lovely size, nice little balcony, and perfectly located. It's really easy to get to from the port and perfect for a few nights when you want to be right in the centre, but without the noise! We felt the room was really good value for money.

Studio apartment right in the center of Mykonos town, nice location a stone's throw from many clubs and restaurants. If you rent a scooter being in the center it is not possible to leave the scooter or car, but there is free parking a 10 minute walk away near the old port. Small room but being right in the center it fits. Good cleaning, comfortable bed but room for improvement. Also close to the transport station. The owner was very kind in giving us advice on restaurants, excursions and transport times. I advise

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was exceptionally clean. The location, right in the heart of town, was an ideal base for seeing Mykonos and all the lovely boutique shops. The room was well appointed, with everything we needed and comfy beds. They gave us a late check out, which was much appreciated. Above all, the value was superb. Thank you Eleanna’s and your staff, we’ll be back!

Typically Greek should not mean to put all stuff together in one room that you could not even sell on a flea market. Obviously it’s only the case if you book the standard double room @Eleanna‘s. Additionally you get more than rare space and loud neighbors as a topping. Our opinion: It‘s a flop for that money!

We never got a chance to stay at this location as the host cancel our reservation the morning of our arrival. We had to scramble to find another place that morning. The excuse we were given was that the current tenant was ill and can’t leave.
This was not a good experience at all.
