Detailed Reviews
We had a wonderful stay at Villa Konstantin. Sharon and her daughter took really good care of us even during these weird times of traveling anywhere in the world.
The place is exactly like the feeling you get from the pictures; it’s top-notch but not posh, since it feels like the place of your own. We stayed with my partner in the Deluxe Studio for 2 with sea view, which gave us privacy and possibility to enjoy the amazing sunsets of Mykonos from our own little terrace. The walking distance to Mykonos town is under 10 minutes and coming back is a little bit of climbing, which did not bother us at all, but quite the opposite. This being said, it’s something you should be aware of - if you don’t want to climb, take a taxi which will cost you 5-10 euros. The little walk offers you the chance to get to see the wonderful view towards the sea and over the Mykonos town.
As a cute bonus there are few cats around as the owners are animal lovers. The cats mostly stay in their own privacy but sometimes come to say hi and purr. (Couple of times their little dog did the same, begging for some rubs.)
This is a great place to stay of you’re looking for an experience between a private studio and a hotel plus a really nice pool. Sharon and her daughter were around all the time asking if we need anything. We want to thank you for your hospitality and hope to be here again!

We booked Villa Konstatin trusting the wonderful comments and lovely photos of the property that we saw online. Once we arrived the owner, Sharon warmly welcomed us and showed us how to orientate on the island through a map explaining which beaches and restaurants it was best to go to during our stay.
The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean with a breathtaking view of the sunset over the sea and Mykonos Town, the pool was clean as well and well maintained, equipped with all comforts including beach towels.
The breakfast was exquisite, made with fresh and seasonal ingredients, Greek yogurt with fruit and honey, cappuccino, pastries ...
the location of the villa is very convenient, a ten-minute walk from the center and 5 minutes by taxi from the port and airport.
The Wi-Fi works perfectly and the telephone reception is very good.
Thanks to Sharon, her daughter and the rest of the staff for making our stay so enjoyable!

I have visited Villa Konstantin many times over the course of the last 25 years , however I must say the last visit was exceptional . The pictures on the webiste truly show the beauty of this exceptional place to stay whilst on holiday. The quality of the rooms , the pool and terraces are just amazing with magical views of the sea , sunrises and sunsets.
It is a great family business and the staff can help you with any queries you may have , whether the best places to eat , the best beaches , car hire or ferry connections.
It is a piece of paradise that just keeps getting better each year !! I am looking forward already to my next stay in June 2020 !!

We truly enjoyed our 3 night stay at Villa Konstantin. Our family of 4 had two rooms booked and they were beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Breakfast is not included but is only $10/person and offered your typical European breakfast variety of yogurt, egg, meats, cheeses, fruits, pastries. It was very filling and delicious. The location is absolutely perfect - just up the hill from Mykonos town. A 7 minute walk down a pretty rough path. Pay attention your first time down so you can find your way home again :) Ladies, do not wear heels (similar to all the islands), better to wear practical flats or you will be cursing yourself. The best part of Villa Konstantin is the very welcoming staff. Sharon and her daughter Poppy run the place - a real life Mamma Mia which Poppy said she hears quite often! They offered up great advice for the island such as restaurants, beach clubs, etc and their suggestions were always spot on. The rest of the staff were wonderful as well. You can hire them to take you to beach clubs, etc and they were always prompt and so friendly. Speaking of friendly… we nearly went home with some of the cats per my daughter’s urging. The cats are sweet and always welcome a cuddle or a warm lap to sit in. Highly recommend Villa Konstantin!

A professional, friendly and attentive team running the set up at Villa Konstantin. Very welcoming and went out of their way to help however they could - be it directions, recommendations or reservations.
We enjoyed our stay in a Sea View Studio, it was spacious, comfortable and well styled. There were also some great sunset views from the terrace - really enjoyable with a bottle of wine and far more relaxing than wrestling with the crowds in the Old Town.
Breakfast was also one of the best out of our various accomodations across the islands.
Our only points of mention would be that the cleaning was not very thorough on a couple of occasions (hairs on clean bedding, hairs in corners of the room, sink not cleaned etc) but nothing that left us feeling uncomfortable. Also the walk into the Old Town was very rocky, likely due to building works in the area during our stay. We expected the hills and duration of walk which were fine, however the path was very unmade in parts.

We had the most amazing stay at Villa Konstantin, it really felt like a home away from home. The hotel and rooms is just what you’d want for a typical Greek getaway, and the pool was lovely and quiet with views of the sunset. We had heard taxis could be difficult to find in Mykonos but the hotel helped us book transfers without overcharging, and we ended up arranging all of our transfers for the week with the same company. It wasn’t difficult to walk into town and the walk felt safe for two women alone… just wear flat shoes! Sharon, Poppy and the rest of the team were perfect hosts, and nothing was ever an issue – they helped with everything including a very late check in. The highlight was definitely the beautiful cats, they made it very difficult to leave! Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This magically charming little hotel is situated right at the top of Mykonos town and has excellent rooms and amenities. We stayed in two rooms, a regular room and the suite and both were charming and very well decorated and appointed. The suite had an in room hot tub, while the regular room was comfortable if somewhat compact. The hotel is family run and all of the staff are lovely and extremely helpful. We met (by accident) one of the hotel staff at the airport who helped us with our luggage to our rental car. The hotel has a lovely pool for swimming and tanning, including very comfy sun beds with umbrellas. The included breakfast is a delicious assortment of local dishes and is served buffet style with coffee (and offers almond milk for lactose intolerant folks like me). The staff are ready to address any tourist needs including but not limited to quad rentals, club reservations, transfer services, or just a meal recommendation. The guests were a mix of Americans and Europeans, who all seemed likewise charmed by the hotel. Hotel is right by a footpath down to the town (a bit of a hike on the way up but doable) or a €10 cab ride to anywhere in town (handy if you’ve over eaten or otherwise over indulged). This is a 5/5 and we’ll be returning.

Villa Konstantin is a dream place. My daughter and I have spent some fabulous days at the end of April in this family run business. We booked a rooms with sea view which is spacious, beautifully decorated, it even has a small kitchen with refrigerator and microwave. Everything is extremely clean and the rooms get cleaned every day, with fresh towels and fresh sheets. Not to mention the gorgeous swimming pool area with breathtaking view on Mikonos city. Villa Konstantin is ideally located, 10 minutes walk from downtown where most shops and restaurants are, perfect place for those who love silence and relaxation. We rented a small car and visited most of the beaches in the area, which are at 10 - 20 minutes distance. The owners of this place are incredibly kind, friendly, always there to help with tips on where to go, what to eat, which restaurant to chose. Sharon runs her business with lots of passion and love and everything has high standards. Oh, not not forget the great breakfast with an excellent variety of croissants, Greek pastries, fresh bread and home made pies. I would recommend this place to everyone who loves high quality with a personal touch and affordable prices

We booked Villa Konstantin after reading all of the positive reviews online and it's safe to say we weren't disappointed! Sharon was always on hand to help us with everything we needed and her lovely energy is infectious. We were the only guests staying at the hotel at the time because Mykonos has been very quiet with the pandemic and so she made us breakfast every morning which was incredible and a great way to start the day. Her daughter was lovely too and brought us eggs for omelettes and gave us a lift to the airport when we checked out.
The property itself is clean, cute, and has great views of the sea, town, and sunset. A couple of reviews have mentioned there is a walk up the hill from town to get to the villa and that is true but without the hill there would be no view so we didn't mind! Also we quite enjoyed the exercise and it's easy to get a taxi or rent a quad/scooter to avoid the walk.
Final point and one which was quite important for me is that the WiFi was fast (25mbps) and seemed to have good coverage all over the property (at least in our room and communal areas). It was plenty fast enough to do the odd Zoom video call without any lagging.
Thanks to Sharon and the team for a wonderful stay!

We arrived tired & stressed out, badly in need of a holiday! Sharon recognised this & looked after us immediately on our arrival & gave us a warm welcome. Feeling more relaxed we chatted over a glass of wine & gained an overview of the island / the best places for dinner recommendations & which beaches to visit. This amazing gift for hospitality was shared by Jasmine (Sharon’s daughter) who was always friendly & chatty & made the best coffee! Breakfast was amazing and so varied - ensuring there was something to tempt any palate. Rooms and suites are beautifully designed with daily refresh of towels plus pool/beach towels were available too. Bar snacks & drinks can be ordered from reception if you fancy a day relaxing by the pool. All in all, nothing was ever too much trouble for our hosts & the rest of the friendly staff, making Villa Konstantin a place that truly felt like a home from home and deserves the high ranking it holds for accommodation in Mykonos.
