Modern yet cozy, simple yet stunning, the sublime design and décor of Adama relaxes the senses as soon as you step into the property. Minimalistic finesse, island colors that combine both Cycladic and Scandinavian elements, and an overall feel-good ambiance await all who visit. Hiding behind the soothing minimalism is a great amount of detail, from handcrafted furniture to works by local artisans, creating an idyllic vacation space that could easily be described as bohemian bourgeois. The building juxtaposes light, shadow and space in aesthetically pleasing combinations that catch the eye of our discerning visitors. Bioclimatic architecture, natural stone, delightfully shaded sitting areas, Mediterranean palm trees and pleasantly whitewashed surfaces add to the overall island feel. A touch of natural pinewood beams and reeds in our outdoor spaces coupled with American oak indoors, enhances the natural vibe. Breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and its famous sunsets provide a wondrous backdrop to the property. Adama is surrounded by open space, positioned away from built-up urban areas, yet within easy reach to Mykonos town center, nightspots, beaches and the airport. Must-see attractions such as Scorpios Beach, Nammos Restaurant, Jackie O' and many other sophisticated establishments are just a short ride away.

The rooms were comfortable. The buffet breakfast which was part of our package had some silly rules like coffee was included but cappuccino was charged extra; unless you scan the QR code you will not know what is complimentary and what is not. Roasted potatoes were complimentary but not served or offered . We read about it only after we finished breakfast ! Meals are a bit overpriced . It is a small boutique hotel with friendly and helpful staff

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stay in - all of the staff were so friendly and attentive. The communication and assistance provided before we even arrived was outstanding, you can tell the staff really wanted us to enjoy our time on the island while making it as stress-free for us as possible.
When we arrived, the reception team were full of recommendations and they all have the most friendly and welcoming aura. I doubt we would have had such an amazing experience if we opted for an alternative hotel. Our conversations and laughs at the front desk were some of my favourite moments of my days on the island.
Not to mention, the whole team were very accommodating to my allergies. I do not eat dairy, nuts or eggs, and everybody made the upmost effort to ensure I was happy and fed, and not making me feel that I was an inconvenience at all. I am truly grateful for this.
The room itself was clean, spacious and relaxing. The proximity to the airport is nothing to worry about as there are not an overwhelming number of flights arriving/departing daily, but the hotel is soundproofed so well that I can say I didn’t hear one aeroplane during my stay.
The amenities are all modern, clean & picturesque. It was so relaxing to be at Adama Boutique Hotel, a great contrast to the comparative hustle and bustle of the Old Town (which is only 5 minutes drive away, or you can take the bus to/from the airport).
When I return to Mykonos, I will be booking Adama Boutique Hotel every time!

Adama boutique hotel has to be one of the best LIFE experiences we have ever had, from the time we got out of our cab and made it to the lobby we were greeted with hugs and a warm smile from hope the hotel manager. This experience was by far so top tier I wish I could go higher. They accommodated us is so many ways you couldn’t even imagine. We were a little early they were able to help us, they prepared private transfers, taxis at whatever time it was needed. They even helped us transfer while being out from one area to the next . The chef was great the servers were all phenomenal. The food was so fresh and great . I will always highly recommend this place every chance I get. They gave us a tour of the hotel and was able to recommend so many places for us to visit and eat. It was such a luxury feel from the cozy rooms and fantastic views and the services that were given. I cannot brag enough about the hotel front staff , hope , Anna, Xanthippi , they always greeted us with a smile no matter the time of day it was. They were OUTSTANDING. If I could give more stars I would. The cleaning was great around the entire hotel. The hotel had so many modern up to date amenities highly recommend , the only thing I would have made better is for us to have stayed longer . Next summer we will be back. Thank you for making Mykonos one of the greatest trips ever. Thanks Adama 💖

The hotel will provide guests with air-conditioned rooms with a desk, an electric tea pot, a fridge, a minibar, a safety deposit box, a flat-screen TV, a terrace and a private bathroom with a shower. At Adama Mykonos Boutique Hotel all rooms include bed linen and towels. We did not have a mini bar, safe??? Upon arrival we were told that our room was upgraded, I am wondering what upgrade? it was a simple room nothing to upgrade in our opinion. We received an email a coupe day before our stay and it stated that a shuttle was provided, it was not. We asked for more information, and we were told it is not available for those who do not book directly with the Hotel. We are ok with that, but the front desk told us that the Manager will pay for the shuttle back to the airport out of her own pocket, it felt like we were a charity case. It's not the cost it's the fact that we received an email. The staff serving our breakfast and the one dinner we had was awful. The chairs at the pool were stained and disgusting. It was such a disappointment. wee love Mykonos but this hotel and the experience there was awful.

Response from Elpida Repani, General Manager at Adama Mykonos Boutique Hotel
Responded 7 Oct 2023
Dear Mrs. Barela, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on TripAdvisor. Firstly, we would like to clarify the room upgrade you received. You initially booked a Design room of 17 sq.m, and upon arrival, we offered you an upgrade to a Deluxe room of 25 sq.m. We consider this a generous upgrade for our 20-room boutique property. We apologize if this upgrade did not meet your expectations. Regarding the shuttle service, we understand there was some confusion. Your reservation was made through a third-party site, and in our first pre-arrival email to all guests, we mentioned that booking arrival or departure transfers would incur an additional cost. Adama Mykonos Boutique Hotel does not operate a dedicated shuttle service. However, we made a goodwill gesture by personally reaching out to you the day before your departure, offering to provide a complimentary departure transfer to fulfill your original request. We genuinely wanted to accommodate your needs, and we apologize if this gesture was misunderstood. Regarding the decor and the wet towel in the photos you shared, those images accurately represent the design of our rooms. We couldn't identify any issues that needed attention based on those photos. If you could kindly specify any concerns you had during your stay, we would appreciate the opportunity to address them. During your visit to our restaurant, you mentioned your enjoyment of the Greek traditional Gyros and expressed a desire to finish it in your room due to the generous portion size. We accommodated your request without any hesitation. If there were any issues or concerns about your dining experience, we would have appreciated your feedback at that time to improve it. We genuinely value communication with our guests and strive to provide the best experience possible. We did notice your passports were misplaced and immediately informed you as soon as we located the taxi driver who had them. We did our best to assist you, but we understand that sometimes emotions can run high. We apologize if there was any misunderstanding. If there were any specific issues that arose during your stay that we were unaware of, please accept our sincere apologies. We are always here to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We appreciate your review and hope you have a safe journey back home. Sincerely, Elpida Repani Mrs. General Manager, Adama Mykonos Boutique Hotel

Can not rate this hotel enough! It was literally a 5 min walk from the airport which was perfect. It’s very modern and the interior is amazing, the room was clean and comfortable. The pool is unreal and the food from the restaurant was 10/10 too. The staff was all so amazing they went out of their way to make our stay special they made reservations for us and recommended the best places to go on the island. Bruna was especially lovely and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend this hotel and I’m already planning to come back :)

One of the best hotels I've ever been! Loved the design and the staff. All of the Adama Team was willing to help us and provide the best of theirselves and make us feel relaxed and pampered.
Their food is excellent! Dishes prepared with care and love!
People writing a bad review for these hard working people and the general aspect of the hotel must be very very bad people, exaggerating, trying to remove all their efforts.
Thank you Adama Team for all your hard work! See you next year!

Bruna, Maria and the team were extremely hospitable. As a frequent traveler, I've stayed in many resorts and hotels around the globe. By far, I've never enjoyed my stay as much as I did in Adama's, therefore well earning my first ever review. The location was strategic. The view was breath-taking. The decor is a minimalist dream. The room was spacious, cozy and clean. On top of all that, the service was top notch. The general manager and team leader Hope was really one of a kind, setting the bar high for her counterparts. From the day we arrived to the day we left, she kept us satisfied day by day. The reciptionists Maria, Bruna and their late night shift male teammate were welcoming and helpful. The server George and his female teammate were attentive and joyful. The houskeeper Rouzetta was loving and caring. To them all, and each and every one of Adama's wonderful team:
On behalf of my friend Fahad and myself, thank you for your exceptional service, and see you again soon.

We were facing a long delay at the airport (just 5 mins easy walks away) so decided to email the Adama (we got an immediate response - very efficient) and see if we could spend a few hours there as we waited. Good idea to contact them in advance, as space is limited around the pool. We were made VERY welcome. Snacks and drinks available all day. If we ever need an overnight stopover while travelling on from Mykonos this would be first choice. Looks right down onto the runway, but the planes are not particularly intrusive. It breezy around the pool which takes the edge of the summer heat.

We had the pleasure of staying one night in this new hotel before flying out the next day . The staff were extremely hospitable, showing us around the hotel.
The meals were very good.
The location to the airport is very suitable, but a bit of a distance from beaches etc. transport would be required.
My compliments to the staff
