Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It is hard to describe how relaxing and happy my stay has been in Eternal Suites.
I spent 3 weeks with them, and I felt like to be in Heaven, anytime I had query, I need assistance, they were super helpful!
The location is cool on the top of the hill and with a breath-taking view of Chora.
The little pool was a nice treat available in my room.
John is super smart and Sophia is so nice.
I wouldn't go anywhere else, I would simply book here!
You are the Best Guys! x

Me and my boyfriend stayed here in May for a week, and I cannot recommend this place enough! We booked a room with a pool, and when we got there we were upgraded to one of the hotel’s newest rooms, which was stunning.

Your just a few minutes’ walk from Mykonos Town, which is really handy if you want to eat out every night like we did. And the Sophia on reception couldn’t have been more helpful! She gave us some great local recommendations, helped us organise taxis and she always has a smile on her face!

I would definitely stay here again! No complaints from us.

Amenities are modern and brand new (e.g. heater/AC, room and deco). Just what we need for our overnight stay and Sophie was great. It was kind of hard to find since Google map was confusing but when We communicated with Sophie, we found the place quickly. We were comfortable with our stay.Thank you.

We paid 500 euros for 3 nights expecting the room to be like the one advertised on the pictures on Booking. Instead we got a room which was very disappointing and extremely overvalued because:

1. It is below the level of the ground. The little window of the room is facing a stone wall. The stone wall is supporting a public parking.

2. The public parking is 5 m away from the rooms and the club visitors and other people come and go throughout the night.

3. There is a swimming pool on top of the room. Do not think you can use it- it is attached to the room above.

4. This swimming pool is producing a bubbling sound through the night which keeps you awake

5. There is an open air discotheque in the neighbouring property with very loud music at night

6. There is no swimming pool which you could use

7. There is no manager with whom you could talk . The receptionist was polite but useless. She said they can do nothing about cancelling the reservation because we need to TALK to booking. The receptionist insisted that we got the room which we saw in booking but that is an absolute deception.

The host is not a serious person.
We booked a room. The host had 24 hours to confirm the reservation and we, having to plan the trip, asked the courtesy to answer us both directly from the booking portal and via whatsapp: no reply.
The result is that we have lost the possibility of booking in other lodgings as well
If you are looking for reliability, look elsewhere.

The pictures on booking.com or here don't correspond with the reality. Our room was dirty, we cleaned it on our own. Cockroaches and other insects had to be killed every night. The room is very wet during the night. And the room was a bit smelly. Bathroom was very dirty and full of fungi. The items as hairdryer and soap base had very strange yellow staines (I don't want know what was that).Too expensive for what you get. The personal were nice but the accommodation is not worth the current price. It is really low quality. Trust me. And too expensive transfer to the airport, really too expensive, it is an absolute joke for 5-7 minutes drive for 40 Euros.

We booked this Pension for 1 week.
Unfortunately for a health issue we cannot go there.
We asked for cancellation the same day.
Booking was agreed for the refund but the Pension did not respond to our request and was very cold telling us there was no cancellation possible.
Moreover, it was found that the next day the same room for the same number of nights had dropped by 50%.
A real scam. The photos are also false.
Don't go to this Inn.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for my birthday. We were so happy with this place. The staff, ESPECIALLY Sophie, was absolutely wonderful. She made our stay so special with giving us great recommendations and helping us with our laundry. They were so accommodating and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Close to Mykonos town, beds are comfortable, and area is beautiful. We woke up to the view of the ocean everyday! Can’t wait to come back to this place. Thank you!

The rooms are beautiful, but the location of this hotel is at the top of a very steep climb from town. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you plan to visit the town center without a quad or car. The climb just makes it extremely inconvenient, and a hassle.
