Just this morning booked what will be our 3rd visit this year to The Los Geranios.
We've been staying here for over 30 years now and there are many reasons why .
We book with Los Geranios holiday rentals LTD and the booking transactions are seamless.
The apartments are spotlessly clean and if there are any issues help is a phonecall away.
The prices are competitive allowing us to have a few holidays in a year .
We travel as a couple mostly, but once a year our daughters accompany us and they always feel as though they're "coming home".
The reception staff are always helpful and over the years we've made lifelong friends.
The apartments are well appointed. If you wanted to stay in the apartment and prepare your own meals you'd be able to as you have everything there to do so.
The apartments are situated in a perfect location and the views from the balconies are stunning.
You are located across the road from The San Eugenio shopping centre which has a large supermarket for your supplies.
You are also surrounded by some excellent quality eateries and places to get a drink. You're in a great spot for walks along the promenade and we often walk up to La Caleta to your left and down to Los Christians to your right.
When I started writing this review my husband said don't make it too good as everyone will want to go !!
In truth this is our little holiday heaven. It works perfectly for us and we hope that long may it continue

We have stayed at these self catering apartments previously and enjoyed the proximity to the beach, bars and restaurants, a large supermarket and Siam Park. We were able to stay in the bungalow on this occasion and take advantage of the massive terrace which is a sun trap all day. It had everything g we needed and more. I hope we get the chance to go back soon. Stuart Bray was very responsive to the few queries I had during g my stay and replied within minutes which was appreciated. A wonderful holiday!

This complex is great! Been coming to tenerife for years as a family and many apartments are privately owned in this complex. Got a great price and the location is just spot on! Right in the middle of everything you could wish for need for a lovely holiday! Shops bars restaurants and La Pinta beach so so close! My kids aged 8 and 13 couldn’t get enough of the lovely pool and there’s now a pool bar open again (apparently it had to close due to the awful covid pandemic!!) great to have a lovely drink whilst watching the kids enjoy themselves. Our apt had a great pool view and sea view! Can not fault one bit for the money!! Definitely going back next year!

Had problems with the owner of this 2 bed apartment which is a great shame. As the first part of our holiday was spoilt simply because the owner Graham Muir was not interested in putting things right. When we arrived which was 2 week later than planned due to being unwell. Firstly the water was turned off, it seems he had not informed the cleaning company we were arriving that day even though I had emailed him. So this took all day to get them to come and put it right. Secondly the toilet ran consistently but wouldn't flush. When someone eventually came to sort it, said needs a new part which needs to be ordered. Supossed to be fixed temperally, Hence 2 week later still putting a bucket of water down the toilet when it won't flush of it's own acord. Thirdly the TV hasn't been working until now. 3 week into the holiday. It appears the community charges haven't been paid.? Maybe everyone doesn't mind about that but we do. When the cleaning company came in this week she managed to get the terrestrial channels working. Better than nothing but no football unfortunately. It is a shame this happened as the apartment is lovely. With views a cross the sea to Gomera. As the owner wasn't in the least interested it is a big put off. Would not have anything more to do with him. We paid a lot of money for this rental, as we like the complex very much.

Generally this complex is well kept and clean. A lot of apartments are privately owned and can be booked through an agent. As we were travelling as two couples our friends did the initial booking as they have stayed here before. Each couple had an apartment, but we had a few problems with ours. The living room/kitchen was quite big as was the bedroom. The bathroom was small and dingy and this was our first problem. The shower was over an old fashioned bath, with a small hand held shower head, which when put in the holder was very high up. To get a shower you had to get through a narrow opening over the bath as the sliding shower doors were fixed at both ends, therefore only the middle bit was accessible, so if you have mobility issues or are disabled, it was very difficult to get in and out of. The bedroom was spacious with plenty of storage room but was off putting by the pile of spare bedding, curtains, pillows spilling out of the top of the wardrobe. There was a set of drawers in the wardrobe, but there were knobs off the drawers and bare screws poking out. Also in the wardrobe was a plethora of hangers of all sizes, shapes and mismatched. The next big problem came when we changed the bed and found the pillows we had been sleeping on were disgusting, covered with brown sweat stains on them. We were appalled and immediately contacted the agent and to give him his due he arranged for brand new pillows and pillow protectors to be delivered straight away to us. The next problem was we realised we hadn't been given the correct amount of towels, again the agent was contacted and we were given them immediately. The best bit of this apartment was the large balcony which overlooked the pool area and Porto Colon marina with lovely views over the bay out to La Gomera.
It did make us think that the owners probably don't visit the apartment to check that everything is okay. We may come back but would have to have reassurances about the apartment we book, we wouldn't want this one again, except for the view.

The location is great. The resort is dated but nice enough. The pool is great. BUT there is absolutely nothing to do. No pool bar the reception is confusing. And the door is locked (we did have key but my wife an I have never stayed in a locked up hotel). The entry area looks dated and needs a fresh paint. Instead of tables stacked outside they have just dumped them on top of each other. Look it was a good ten days the apartment was clean and comfortable.
But the management needs to clean the reception area it is the first place we see after a long flight. And wow open a bar and snacks place. The space is there.
Get a ambience the place feels dead as a door nail.

We have been staying here every Easter for almost 10 years. The first 8 we were dealing with Ron Bray and the last couple of years we have been dealing with his son, Stewart Bray. Stewart has been nothing but helpful and informative when we book with him! On our trip over Easter 2024, we rented 4 apartments from him for our entire family and he always replied with any questions or concerns ASAP! We would all recommend booking through Stewart, so much so that we already have booked for 2025!

Spent 2 weeks in June at Los Geranios & i can only endorse all the previous positive comments.Booked through Alan Dow who provided a seamless & very efficient service - i would certainly book another holiday through Alan. The 1 bed apartment had everything needed for a self catering holiday. Los Gerianos itself is very well kept & the cleaners take personal pride in their duties. Previous reviews make a lot about the 9am rush for sun beds & the apparent lack of beds - it was certainly not an issue for us. Maybe at peak times it could be different. Derek & Anna & Vikki are to be commended for the way they manage the pool bar/restaurant. We ate there 4 times & thoroughly enjoyed our meals - i wish we had eaten there more often as the standard & pricing was better than their outside competitors.Drink prices also very competitive at 1.50 euros a pint & 3.50 euros a cocktail (2 for 6 euros). Keep up the good work - you deserve every success. The views from our balcony on the 2nd floor were brilliant but take 10 mins, with your camera, to go up the lift to the 7th floor & marvel at the views from there - unbelievable & probably the best in the Costa Adeje resort. A great holiday base. Steve & Teresa

Just returned from a 2 week stay in one of Alan Dow's apartments (A507).Firstly the service from Mr Dow was second to none - he even posted our keys out to us before he received our cheque!!! Our apartment was spacious and spotless with a new kitchen - full cooker fridge freezer & microwave! We went for a chill-out holiday and thats what we got at this complex - lovely pool area with plenty sunloungers to go round! But the highlight for us was the bar & restaurant re-opened, after an 8 year closure, the week we arrived! My husband's face was a picture when he spotted the beer pump and guys sitting on the terrace with pints!! Needless to say we spent a fair bit of time there and it did beat taking drinks down to the pool in a cool bag!! Derrick & Ana are the new stewards here and are very hospitable. We ate there a few times as well - Sunday roast fantastic value for money but for me Ana's tapas were to die for!!
You have to order them the day before and Ana will make your favourites for you. Good luck to you both in your new venture!! This complex is very centrally located with lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby! There is a great supermarket - the Mercadona - at the end of the San Eugenio shopping centre! We would definately try to get an apartment here when visiting Tenerife in the future! Hopefully next January!

Depends where the apartment is, there are lifts to all floors, but steps on external walkways. There are many disabled guests that use the apartments!
