The hotel is beautifully located, widely on rocks surrounded by well-maintained gardens and decorative rocks accompanying by water cascades that already at first sight make an impression of a place to rest. We enjoyed every day regular sport activities offered by the hotel: stretching/yoga, aqua gym. We also benefited from extra activities like aqua running or aqua bike. We were very satisfied with professionalism of the trainers and the hotel service that provided disinfection and kept the place clean and safe according to so-called covid rules. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to the animation team and express our deepest thanks to Nestor, Alba, Ewa, Sabato and Alessandro for their enthusiasm and professional approach. We could not wait next day to see you people to have fun and to be together. The mini club run by you fulfilled expectation of the youngest target group. Your engagement in the organisation of the evening shows resulted in great satisfaction of older ones. The breakfast menu offers a big variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh fruit based juices and shakes. We were positively surprised by very tasty bakery selection for breakfast. Here goes our big thanks to an older gentleman in the El Jable restaurant who greeted us every day in our native Polish language. His positive attitude, smile, jokes and true satisfaction of his role in that very busy environment were much appreciated. The dinner menu at El Jable were also tasty and the choice was rich enough for our 10 days stay. Each day they offered a selection of freshly grilled, fish, meat and vegetable that we really appreciated. The choice and quality of desserts was better than on several other 4 star hotels on Canary Islands. The Choza 'restaurant' opened during weekends is rather a snack bar for quick lunch than advertised “Italian restaurant” for the evening. I found it weird sitting evening dressed for dinner and having had to watch at the same time people passing through half-naked. I found it not appropriate. The expectations towards La Choza are much higher than the reality is. We went there twice for dinner because of our daughter and after acceptable Italian style starters we were badly surprised by the main courses. First time the pizzas were not eatable - slack-baked and not possible to cut with knives after one week, the pizza was just bad and two pasta courses just eatable. Limited choice of desserts – nothing accepted by our daughter. It seems that the staff in La Choza as snack bar and restaurant in some evenings is overloaded; there were many times confusion as regards order of drinks and double payments or even payment requests for drinks that we did not order. The room in 4th floor was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The TV unfortunately did not offer any channel in Polish although there are many guests from Poland. We spent a week here and found everything to be of an excellent standard. The room was fine with a great shower in the bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The pools were clean and lots of sunbeds available. It is located right next to the beach and boardwalk anmd we enjoyed several long walks into the main areas. The food was of a very good standard especially at dinner time and service was very good. Obviously there are a lot of restrictions because of Covid however we did not let this spoil our enjoyment of an excellent week. We went All inclusive which we found excellent value. We also played golf in the area which is quite expensive but enjoyable especially on the non sunny days.

5 stars for daily room cleaning, vacuuming, cleanliness. Amazing job done by cleaning ladies. 4 stars for food in the restaurant. It was tasty, but Tenerife has much more to offer. Should be more Canarian dishes. 3 stars for employees. The cleaners and most of the waiters in the main restaurant made the best impression. However, the waiters at La Tosca were below average. They barely speak English, could not explain what kind of meat it was, even what kind of animal. Also waiters in such restaurant should know that, when bringing a steak, pasta or other dish, they should immediately bring salt and fresh pepper and ask if the customer wants to use it. Instead, we received salt and pepper in sachets(only when we've asked for it). It felt like service from late 90's. Employees should be trained from time to time in any industry. Reception also wasn't top class. Check in was very nice, the lady explained everything and I have no complaints. Check out was completely impersonal and with no empathy at all. There was a question whether the stay was successful, but the answer was not of interest to the lady from the reception, who was doing something completely different. Oh, service at the bar in the main hall and also the day porter/ hotel boy, were very nice, smiling and friendly. 3 stars again for pools, surroundings and cleanliness. The tiles in the pools fall off, plastic cutlery will also be found, because no one cleans up. The kids pool has the coldest water and even the staff say it's ridiculous. The only place with a piece of sand and sun loungers is forbidden for children. Heated swimming pool was closed for first few days. Poolside beds have had a dirty mattresses. Beautiful grounds and swimming pools, but there is no one to watch over it to make it beautiful. 1,ax 2 stars for amenities. This is my first time in a 4-star hotel that there is no kettle, tea, coffee in the room to use. Also You had to pay extra for the safe for each day. Even in 2 or 3 star hotels, such things are free of charge. Additionally, there was not even an iron. And I'm not talking about having it in the room, but you couldn't get it at the reception because... "we don't have it". You can have it serviced, of course, for a fee, haha. If I had to iron everything, I would have to spend about 100-150 euro. Better to buy your iron and leave it to use by other guests 😄 I am traveling for business and private purposes for over 20 years and maybe that's why I will judge the facility so harshly. I look at all the aspects and unfortunately I was disappointed. 4 star hotel... In my opinion deserves a maximum rating of 2.5 out of 5.

Hotel very nice, room service and cuisine within the covid also classy. But I do not recommend it for children aged 6-16 who can swim, as they can only swim in pools with water up to 23 degrees Celsius. Into the warm pool for "adults" basically not allowed. We agreed with the hotel management for one hour a day. They do not want to warm up another children's pool. Nature, surroundings very nice and clean. We will definitely come here again soon, because you can't see everything in 12 days. But probably another hotel.

We were dropped off at H10 costa adeje Palace by tui transfer coach which had no distancing on board and we checked in at reception where there was some confusion as the hotel told us they were not expecting us however after a while we were allocated a room. When we arrived at our room on the 3rd floor and checked the tui brochure it became obvious that it was not the upgraded room we paid £364 for so we contacted reception who said they had not been informed that we had booked a room upgrade. We quickly pointed out that it was our honeymoon and that the upgraded room showed on our paper work and the representative from tui holiday Joanne said she would mention this to tui and she said we could expect something extra in celebration or our marriage. The receptionist apologised for the fact tui had not told the hotel of any of this , she said it was not the fault of the hotel and we should spend the first night in the allocated room and not to unpack as she would move us to an upgraded room the next day and have our cases moved by the hotel staff. We picked up the keycard for our new room at 3 pm the following day and went along expecting a superior room upgrade but sadly it was not to be. We had been allocated a privilege room but without any privileges so basically no upgrade just a room on a higher floor level 5. The new room was obviously awaiting a re-furb as it was in a sad state so Once again I had to contact reception and query the allocation but the receptionist was very abrupt and left me with no choice other than to contact the tui resort rep by email in fact numerous emails between the tui resort contact and I took place but all with cross purposes replies which appeared to be cleverly planned out over 48 hour return messages which is obviously designed to delay the complaint or enquiry . Much to our surprise we found out that there would be no tui rep visiting the hotel and that all contact was via email or the tui app. We had no hotel guide offering telephone numbers for reception or emergencies, we had nothing to describe the hotel features and surrounding areas and no offer of excursions or local attractions. We had been told by Joanne the booking agent that we would have a tui rep allocated at the hotel. We soon found out that there was no animation entertainment in the hotel, no day time activities and very basic evening entertainment , with no entertainment at all on 2 evenings out of the 2 weeks we were there . To prevent us suffering from cabin fever we enquired about using the free shuttle bus but the hotel told us the shuttle bus had been suspended and the covid=19 excuse was given to us, this left us with using the taxi service which cost on average 14 euros per trip one way to las americas and or los cristianos where entertainment could be found and enjoyed. The swimming pool in the hotel was in very poor state of repair with loose and missing mosaic tiles making the floor of the pool dangerous with sharp edges. The food in the restaurant suffered as the number of guests dropped off, the menu was very repetitive and the food was cold. The outdoor bar near the infinity pool and beach would often open up later than advertised and on windy rainy days there was nowhere to sit and shelter and continue to enjoy the all inclusive food and drinks. The TV in our room would often fail to show British TV channels and I had to constantly go along to the reception desk to report this. Thank goodness for the Bar and restaurant staff who were brilliant and very professional. Although I did express my concerns over the sharing of the ice cream scoop and the potential cross contamination as everyone used it . All in all this is a 3 star hotel Thank you to the great staff in the bar and restaurant and we wish them all good luck as they get furloughed at 70% of their wage.
