For a 3* hotel this was fabulous. We have been to adeje before so knew the area, wanting apartments and all inclusive we chose this one. Having read reviews I requested the area we wanted in the complex and was given this. We had the superior rooms although end of October we didn’t use the air con. The weather was good though. The rooms are spacious and if you were needing the kitchen area it was very well stocked. The staff were lovely towels changed daily beds made rooms cleaned. The pool area is great for all ages, and as no one could have sun beds until 10 there were no towels on bed rush. The food in the restaurant was fabulous , something for everyone and varied each day. There were even themed nights and special effort made for Halloween. There are some seats outside also which we like. Then the bar area- never a queue and really friendly and helpful with outside seating. They have outside evening entertainment - typical Spanish singers/ dancers etc.
We would definitely go back

Hotel very nice to look at arrived at night all lit up looked beautiful. We upgraded our room no faults at all. Quite big nice view of pool and Area hotel is in is nice! Very clean
The weather wasn't the best Whilst we were there end of october and Not alot to do at hotel. Food wasn't great but we always found something to eat but not alot of choice and Luke warm!!! entertainment not great kids wasn't impressed with mini disco only around 4 songs then not a great show afters. We liked hotel and would stay again but not worth the money we paid with first choice so would only return if we got a good deal..

arrived on the 26th october 2018 there was a family of 13 of us ages ranged for 80 down to 18 months, we was given or room I001 to I005 on first glance it looked ok until we enetered the rooms and opened up the balcony windows and was met with what i can only describe as my worst nightmare, building work everywhere, we could not sit on the balcony at all due to the noise and dust we was right in the middle of it, we payed good money for this holiday, we was sent an email previously telling us about the building work, in which they said it would be minimal disruption, well let me tell you it was more than that, from 7 in a morning til 10 oclock at night this building work was going on, then we had to contend with a generator being left on, on our last day, they entered the underneath part of our block and the banging was terrible, we put a complaint in to the management who was really apologetic but unfortunately couldnt move us, we have recorded the noise and took lots of pictures which we will be sending to tui. the hotel itself was clean and the staff worked hard and was pleasent, the all inc food was not very good, but edible will not be returning which is a shame because the location was lovely but unfortunatly no sea views now they have put what looks like a shopping centre in front of it

We were booked for 21/09/18 until 26/09/18 as we had already spent a week with family in a villa... wish we hadn't moved! Our room overlooked a building site? When we approached reception to request a room change, we were told that the hotel was full, the whole of the block that we were in had requested a move? and where did we think they would put us?? Oh and all travel agents had been informed of the level of the building works, so as far as management were concerned that was good enough for them? whats to worry about? they don't work at weekends and don't start till 8 in the morning? eh no! started at 7 in the morning, with a jack hammer, and DID work on Saturdays, our room was on the 1st floor, so our balcony overlooked the portaloos, and we were on eye level with the construction staff? definitely not ideal!! I dont go on holiday to sit on a balcony 24/7 but I do want to use it!! the hotel has two pools, both with bars? one of which was never open? the food in the restaurant was really nice with plenty of choice, but no air con so it was as quick as you could get in and out, a few more lights in the restaurant wouldn't go a miss either? The staff? bar staff were on the whole lovely, entertainment staff the same, management? Not a pleasant experience, although there was one called Michael who did his best to help the situation, unlike his rude colleges, without the building works this would probably have been a completely different review as I could have overlooked closed bars, hot restaurants, rude staff, but with no empathy, sympathy or apology from the hotel or my travel agent Travel republic (who think that this is ok) unfortunatly this is as good as it gets.
Thank Louise J
