The heated pool area is always busy but we used to use the sunbeds near the other pool area and walked into the heated pool next to it. We had a side view but it was quieter than overlooking the pools and didn't spend enough time on our balcony to find out if it had all day sun.
The hotels animation team run one kids club age is 4 or 3 with the parent staying with the child during the session.
Thomas Cook run 5heir own kids club in Tenerife hotel be aware some activities in TC one require a fee.
