As with many services oriented providers, the key differentiator is in their staff. Who wouldn't expect a four-star hotel to offer great facilities? But that would not mean much if it lacks quality staff or just not having enough to serve the number of guests. In this case, as a family of four, I have to say we are very...

Never been to Adeje before and 32 years since last in Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife so looked forward to a week in the 'new' resort of Costa Adeje. The resort did not disappoint, with a mix of exotic and architecturally splendid hotels and restaurants. Eating out and drinking were very reasonable (our visit was in November) and the weather...

Ideal for a short break or longer holiday. Request superior room, well worth the extra cost. The buffet dining can be anti social, better, to use the table service dining room. Also the Level is worth the extra cost. In particular the happy hour experience filled a flat time before dinner.

This is the slogan of the hotel and they made this come true for us. I especially loved the design of the park with 6 or 7 levels in a tropical garden with many small ways to get up and down, either by stairs or elevator. This makes the park not feel busy at all. Very friendly staff, beautiful pools,...

Booked at relatively short notice and decided to opt for the level experience. Have to commend the hotel for its quality of service and staffing. The place was spotless and all the staff were friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Would recommend the level for those wanting to experience a more relaxed and personal stay. Only down side was...

We arrived late last night and had a marvellous welcome by the reception staff. Got to our room and had a bottle of Cava and a few macaroons waiting which was lovely! Excellent nights sleep on a comfy bed also. We had a small issue but was resolved straight away and for the inconvenience we were provided with another bottle...

We paid on arrival to upgrade to The Level, my main reason was reading previous reviews. Our room on 7th floor was nice, although we had two single beds pushed together which did move apart quite annoyingly! The room was spacious and clean and had a lovely shower . The downside was that the 'mediocre ' entertainment was so loud...

Lovely Holiday, friendly staff. We stayed on the Level but our room was tired and a damp problem was not fixed although they promised to do so. I am under the impression there maybe smarter and more updated rooms. Please be aware that not all the rooms on the levels are adult only, We experienced crying children and noise during...

We had a very relaxing week in the sun and this was possible due to the service provided by the staff and the location and quality of the hotel my only criticism is the sleeping arrangements we had 2 single beds pushed together which were excellent in themselves but they constantly moved apart which was annoying
