Well, staff is nice, food is nice and it's really clean. But lot of places are like that in Thailand. It's situated close to a busy road with noisy traffic, you have to walk for 10 min on that road to get to a nice beach where you meet only locals. We stayed four adults for one night and as we...

My two daughters and I stayed at Faasai after a very hectic week in Bangkok and it was such a lovely change from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. I stayed for 2 weeks and my daughters for 4 days as they had to return home for work. I have been staying here with my husband over the last 8...

Faasai is a little paradise - it is an oasis of calmness, peace surrounded by nature and wonderful people. I truly enjoy my time in Faasai. Every time I am there I am well looked after. The food is delicious. A great opportunity to get a taste of local ingredients and dishes. There is plenty to do. if you are...

We arrived and were greeted by a very friendly thai receptionist, cook, hostess etc. We booked a villa with 2 rooms. It looked great from the outside and fairly new. The inside is a different story. The look and feel is outdated, not the 5 or 6 years the resort is old but much older. The bathroom is 'outside' and...

Thank you for your review - we appreciate people giving feedback as it helps others to decide if our place is right for them. I am glad you received a friendly reception from our Thai staff and apologise that I didn't greet you and welcome you. Certainly I would have liked to as I usually love to make friends with...

A nice, clean and green place if you want to get away from it all. Set among forest, yet close to the beach (or beaches if you have transport) and right on the scenic road which has a specially designated cyclist path. Clean rooms with helpful staff. The place is well-maintained. The food is good. The bath tub in our...

The website was very misleading. The resort was quite old, tired, and overpriced. The extra bed was basically a thin mat on the floor and not worth the cost. Either the website should be updated or the resort should. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Thank you for your review Jan. I am sorry your family didn't enjoy your stay although we did have many other families staying at the same time who had a wonderful time and vowed to come back. There are many photos available on TripAdvisor and Facebook for people to look at which have been taken by other guests and I...

Once again my husband and I booked to stay for 2 weeks at Faasai Resort and Spa for the 7th year in a row. We felt like we were having a holiday with family members as that is how we were treated. We always stay in the Blue Mountain Villa which we find very comfortable with everything you need for...

Stupidly, I invited my mother, my brother's family and my sister to Faasai resort for a relaxing weekend thinking it will be good since it is listed as the Best Hotel in Chantaburi area. It turned out to be a Big Mistake. Upon arrival, we are puzzled by its odd location. It is located in the middle of no where....

I am sorry Joyoftraveler you did not enjoy your stay and I sincerely hope that on your next family holiday you find a place which is more suitable to your taste. Certainly it is true that our resort is in the countryside, or as you put it - in the "middle of nowhere". For most of our guests this is...
