I was warmly welcomed at the reception desk. The rooms have a nice balcony and a view on the sea and the island fuerteventura. Breakfast was great. Pool area very nice to relax. Quiet. I could easily store my bike in a safe place at the reception.
In my opinion this hotel totally deserves its 5* ranking and the often overused description, 'Boutique Hotel'. As a veteran business traveler, it ranks as one of the places I have enjoyed staying at the most. As an architect, I was wowed by its design layout and the perfect detailing. As a guest, I loved the huge rooms (all 50 m+ suites), sea views from spacious terraces, the friendly efficient staff and the superb catering - we splashed out on the fantastic tasting menu at the Kentia Gourmet Club on the last night of our one week stay. I felt very safe in the hotel and best practice, in relation to Covid-19, was followed by all staff and guests. I would have been very happy to have just stayed in the hotel but Lanzarote has a lot to offer the visitor. It is unusual for me to say, "I'll be back' but in this case, I would like to. Not the cheapest option but worth every Euro.…
Stayed throughout Xmas & new year, faultless, staff were excellent, particularly Dasa the manager and Michela on reception, great breakfast, I’m a big foodie and fussy, whatever I requested wasn’t an issue they delivered, first class
We had a wonderful stay here over the Christmas holidays. The hotel is very sleek, modern and beautifully maintained. The staff were above and beyond accommodating the entire week and we'd like to give a big thank you manager Dasa, the ladies at the front desk and porter who went out of their way to help us with some minor housekeeping issues we experienced. The gala dinner on the 25th was unbelievable in terms of food quality and the service in the restaurant was always great. The two gentlemen a the pool bar were very nice and the wait staff in the restaurant always made us feel welcome. We stayed in the premium suite which was modern, spacious and exactly as we expected. The only thing I would point out that this room has a private jacuzzi, but did not have an expansive sea-view. But no matter, we enjoyed it just the same. Despite COVID, the hotel made it work and we had no concerns whatsoever about health and safety. Can only recommend a stay here!…
