We arrived with an upgrade from a 1 bed apartment, to a 2 bed apartment which was great for 3 of us adults. Each day our room was serviced immaculately. The pool was the perfect temperature. We checked in early on arrival, and the staff kindly let us have a late check out at 3.30pm on the day of our flight which made leaving our holiday a whole lot sweeter and calmer as we headed to the airport. Highly recommend.

I’ve arrived at these apartments today after emailing prior to arriving and looking at reviews. I am a solo female traveller so my aim is to be safe and to be in an environment where I can interact with people so I always choose a complex with pool bar etc and a nice apartment with good facilities as I spend quite a bit of time there. Upon arrival I was given an apartment which looked out on to the road, so no interaction with anyone and very isolating. The apartment was tiny and very dated, not at all like the pictures advertised. The balcony was also tiny and just fit a table and 2 chairs on. I’ve been moved to another apartment with a sea view which has a slightly bigger balcony but it is tired and dated. The furniture is old, scuffed and in generally poor condition. The apartment is dirty, the fridge is dirty inside and out, the table legs are dirty and the glassware is both old and dirty with cloudy marks all over it. There is no air conditioning and there are few plugs. The English tv channels are not working in the apartment either and there is no oven. There are very few plugs and where there is some these are already used by the tv and lights. There are no tables in the bar, and other than the lady at reception I have yet to see another person let alone a barman! This accommodation is extremely poor for the cost. There is much better in Puerto del Carmen and I thought this was somewhere equal in standard as other good 3* accommodations. I have no idea where the professional shots have been taken but it is not in these rooms. Despite emailing and asking questions unfortunately the hotel have not been truthful in their answers prior to me booking. As a solo traveller who came out here for a rest and to de-stress, I am now in the worst possible situation, in an apartment which is dirty, shabby and isolating and I am very very stressed! Dear guest, Although we have already attended your complaints personally and by email we would like to share our reply to your TripAdvisor review. We are sorry to know that you have not enjoyed your stay at Apartamentos Fariones, in spite of the fact that we have allocated you in a sea-view apartment and have shown you all the apartments types available within the type you had booked. But, unfortunately, we cannot accept your accusations of having found your apartment and premises dirty: Apartamentos Fariones has gone through a COVID-19 extensive audit with the company Preverisk one week ago. If, as you say, our premises did not comply with the hygienic standard one would explain of any hotel, let alone a 3* hotel, we would never have passed this audit. As for the features of the apartments - as much rooms as air conditioning -, they are clearly specified on our website and partners booking engines. To solve the extra need of plugs you had in order to be able to work, we kindly remind you that we installed three additional plugs in your apartment, hoping that these plugs + all the ones available in the apartment would be sufficient for one person. We have really done everything we could to satisfy you and have attended your personal and written complaints. Still, if in spite of all these efforts our apartments are still not what you are looking for, then we will have to accept and respect it, although we do regret it. Stayed here for a Christmas break, absolutely spotless, beautiful apartments, the grounds are so beautiful, lots of space around the pool, the hot tub on the solarium was a lovely touch, although the pool cold at this time. The breakfast service was top notch, the quality excellent I really enjoyed the padded toppers for the sun beds, it was the most relaxing hotel we ever stayed in. You cannot get better fir location, although it was pretty quiet at night. We cannot wait to return Thank you Fariones x

This is an all round excellent accomodation, very secure and cleaned every day by great staff, i have just spent 9 days here 6 of them on lockdown due to the current situation in spain and all around the world but all the staff kept on doing their job with a smile, will definatly be back
