The apartments were nice & staff was friendly. However during night it was left out without anyone being on duty. We had very noisy guests next door having parties every night till early morning, bringing strangers to the apartment every night... Felt it was not fair us having covid test done and being negative and lots of strangers coming next door... Also they were very agressive, we did not feel safe & comfortable at all.

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here in July 2019. We arrived early that morning with our apartment ready. We stayed in an apartment that faced the pool. The apartment was very spacious, very clean and really moderate. The staff were very friendly, they had no problem booking tours for us and showing us the best deal. The pool area was really nice to sit at. We cant wait to go back.

We stayed here just before the lockdown. It’s in a great spot and the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The housekeeping staff came in most days and was friendly and efficient. Our flight was cancelled to arrive home and the receptionist was very helpful letting us stay until we could get a flight home. Pure to del carmen went on lockdown so we had a few days sitting about apartment before getting home. Only negative was that the bathroom sink only ran hot water!

Just returned from a short break at La Morana Apartments. We were there for a friends 50th birthday. A small but friendly complex that was clean and tidy. Apartments are a little dated though. Found the bedroom dark with no main light. Bedroom also needs an extra plug by the mirror for both straighteners and hair dryer to be used together. I had to keep going from the bathroom to the bedroom to dry then straighten my hair. The shower floods the bathroom as the bath screen isn't wide enough and the shower very powerful. The apartments are up a very steep hill so only stay there if you are fit and healthy lol. The views over the sea from the apartments were amazing and there is a nice balcony to sunbathe on. The cafe is small but run by friendly staff, the menu choices could do with having a bit more choice. The apartments are within easy reach of the beach and restaurants. …
