Good Points: superior room was of good size with a comfortable bed, and good housekeeping, although the beds were made but I don’t think changed! Pool area good, plenty of sun beds and good selection of music too. Poolside bar and restaurant was ok, but I do think cocktails should be made fresh and not from a machine!.. hotel was clean with some good furniture dotted around it. Reasonable entertainment. Bad Points!: The hotel needs a HUGE INJECTION of Happiness and Life!.. Needs a new fresh manager that’s hands on in my opinion… the staff were miserable I think due to bad management. (Except the poolside/entertainment staff)The staff seemed to be under immense pressure and so quite rude and boarded on argumentative at times!.. There is no holiday atmosphere around the hotel, and hotel of this size should always show this. The hotel has no background music playing whilst walking around which would help hugely!.. being right next door to the airport, the hotel is a good 15-45min to the busy areas of Puerto del Carmen depending on how you choose to get there! (The scooters were fun, around 15 mins. ) The food side was very poor…. Constant queues to get into a very disorganised eatery, the food, no matter what you had was warm at best at that’s for breakfast lunch and dinner!.. even the other restraints you have to book have adopted this warm food only approach!.. and breakfast time…. Once allocated a table… do not leave it alone, one if you must stay at the table or you will lose it!.. the staff take great pleasure in clearing tables before you have finished with them or by giving your table to other guests!.. hotel advertises Spa facilities and a safe in your room!.. these are extra!.. you will receive a spa voucher when hiring your safe for your stay valid for one person for 2 hrs to use the sauna steam room and pool only… all other guests need to pay €12…! Joke!.. we stayed as all inclusive but there were no waters or any supplies left in the fridge in the room!.. all inclusive seems to mean doing only the bare minimum for this hotel to be able to offer the all inclusive stay! I wouldn’t do all inclusive as you will be away from the hotel for probably 60-70% of your stay…!…

Thanks to the professional skills of TUI, our holiday to the Beatriz was way above our expectations. From start to finish it went without a hitch. The hotel room was above our expectations. The staff were very efficient and friendly. We look forward to travelling with TUI again.
I was in the hotel with my family after 3. Now after 13 days in the hotel: it is necessary to take the superior room, which we had after each one, but now the superior was also slightly damaged. The food in the hotel is fine, everyone can choose, only occasionally colder. Drinks in the hotel great, everyone has to choose. Champagne, whiskey, various rums, vodka, gin - the drink list indicates what is all-inclusive (eg I balantine, bacardi). The hotel has a super animation team of cristine, claudie and all language speakers Sven. Thanks for the little son and a great evening with the animation team and Tapi. Jiří from CZ
Brilliant room, 43. very spacious and ladies who looked after our room were friendly and helpful. The food in the all inclusive was absolutely delicious every meal time, couldn't fault anything, once they got the scrambled egg perfect. The staff in the restaurant were wonderful. Lovely walks every day, the promenade was so beautiful. The Animation team were fantanstic, Aqua Aerobics, Salsa, games for your children in the day. Excellent entertainment each evening.
