Me my wife and son stay here the appointment was great more than enough room for the three of us staff were really helpful we will definitely be coming back next year can't wait also sorry I forgot to add the cisco plaza is just a shor 4 to 5 min stroll down a hill which is not steep down on the strip in porta del Carmen there a loads of bars shops and lovely restaurants we never saw gangs of youngsters and always felt safe the food and drink were really cheap , a pint being €1.50 and a steak meal being about €11 euros .we have already booked to come back year next year as a lot of people who stayed at the cisco plaza have .you will not be disappointed with apparments or location
Stayed here in Jan 2021 with my husband in a 1 bedroom apartment. Let me first start by saying some of the pictures available are a little out of date as the hotel has been refurbished since then and looks great. I honestly cannot fault this place except for the crowds it has now become popular with. I stayed here in 2012 and it was mainly families which meant it was quiet at night time. Now, it seems to be popular with the 18-24 age group which means loud parties all night, every night. That's fine, but not what we signed up for and really took the relaxation element out of our holiday. The biggest concern was the lack of security at night time when people who were not staying in the hotel, came back to Cinco Plaza for parties. The police had to be called most nights and a few people were soon reported as having tested positive for Covid-19. I have a feeling once the pandemic passes and other hotels open up on the strip that this problem will pass but if it doesn't then I will not be returning. It is honestly a shame to write this review because the hotel is clean, spacious, the staff are great, the food is lovely and the location is perfect. It's everything you want in a holiday but the one thing you cannot control is who is staying there and with the pandemic lingering, it's just too risky to be staying somewhere where there are no checks on who is coming and going. Unfortunately I would choose not to visit this complex again unless I was confident that this issue has been addressed. Other things to note are that face masks are mandatory, even when you are outside so if you are travelling, keep this in mind. The pool bar has a great selection of food and drink which you can eat outside or get to take away. There is a supermarket on site but it's quite expensive. There are alternatives within a 5 minute walk of the complex. The complex is at the top of a steep hill so might be a problem for less abled people if you're not able to manage hills or are not willing to get taxi's every night. We walked each night and you do get used to it but worth noting if it's not you thing. Our room was cleaned almost every day with fresh towels and bed linen supplied. Floors swept and mopped and balcony wiped down. There is a laundromat on site, €4 per machine and the drum is huge so you can fit lots in and then €4 for the drier as well. There is a doctor on site which the reception staff can help you with should you need assistance or a covid test. Again, let me reiterate that there is absolutely no fault to the hotel that I can flag except for the crowd. If that is something you can manage then I would absolutely recommend this hotel. I will be aiming for a more exclusive resort the next time I travel to avoid this.…
The apartment was large, well equipped with the necessary things, very clean but too cold for the January period. We have asked if we can have a heater or something, but they said that there is no heater and gave us two blankets instead. I think when is warmer outside it should be perfect inside the apartment.
We stayed here for 10 days recently and I cannot think of a single negative thing to say about the place. Super friendly reception staff checked us in under trying circumstances with the current Covid situation and we were in our apartment in no time. The accommodation consists of lovely spacious rooms with balcony and everything you'd expect from a Lanzarote apartment complex. We were overlooking the main pool where there was a great atmosphere with people sunbathing, taking a dip and enjoying their holidays. There's a pool bar and restaurant and the pints were flowing all day. I can vouch for the beer. Ice cold and perfect. Cinco Plaza is a very short walk from the strip where all the bars and restaurants are and of course the beach. If you're considering booking it my advice is do it now. You'll have a great holiday. …
We had a 1 bedroom apartment, it was large and clean. Reception was spacious and friendly. There was a shop and bar onsite and another small supermarket next door, the pool area was large but we didnt use it due to covid
