About

#25 of 89 hotels in Puerto Del Carmen
If you are looking for good value and great location, quiet, yet within easy walking distance of the old town, and main promenade, then look no further. Our 2 star complex is clean and well appointed. All apartments have kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and 2 ring hob. The bedroom has 2 single beds. The living room has a sofa which doubles up as a single bed. The apartments sleep 3. But if kids are small (under 12) we can take a 4th person. For this you have a rollaway bed, and a supplement of 5 euro per day. Cots for infants are free. We change the sheets once a week, towels twice a week and clean your apartment 3 times a week. If you require extra towels, sheets, you can order these from reception for a charge. We have one block which has air con. This is the block with pool view and sun all day long. The supplement for the air con is 5 euro per day. From June to end of October, we do not accept requests for this block, as it is only available for those who wish to avail of the aircon (and pay the 5 euro supplement). Our TV, which is free, has ITV, Sky News, BBC1, RTE 1 and RTE 2. We have a friendly family run pool bar which provides breakfast and snacks throughout the day. 3 nights a week there is dinner and entertainment. Reception is open from 09.00 to 13.00 and from 16.00 to 21.00.WE NOW HAVE WIFI!

The apartment facilities are what you pay for the food is good the British have done what we do best understandably knowing beaches are closed due to confirmed shark attacks due to global changes 34° in September but the chaos at 9am for a sunbed is unbelievable grabbed and then abonded till when ever the culprits decide to turn up is just well selfish you get drawn into the madness or you snooze you loose simple the management know it's frustrating but fail to get involved with this allocation of beds is a way forward but a bad feed on social media and trip advisor may prompt changes till then a cavalry charge is the only way saddened to write this as friends been here a few times and quoting it's normally bang on but they say it's embarrassing to get facilities You've paid for and not receiving not for me never again

Just returned from 2 weeks the positives far outweigh the negatives so I’ll get the negatives out of the way then on to the good stuff. Negative Check in ,if you arrive after 6pm there are no reception staff to welcome you, felt a bit lost and left to our own devices. Location up a steep hill which can be very slippy,no good if you have mobility issues.Fortunately we are fit and enjoy a walk. Sunbeds, daily battle with people queuing up from around 8.15am before leaving their towels all day and not using the beds. Bar,great asset but no atmosphere,no entertainment etc.I do appreciate Covid restrictions Smoking, again I understand regulations but people forced to stand outside dropping dog ends all over. Positives Rooms are ideal ,with everything you need.Cleaning staff work very hard keeping it clean, fresh towels, bedding etc. Bar staff Jose and Victor great guys, very pleasant welcoming ,real nice guys. Bar food/snacks a great option if you wish to stay in or have a hearty breakfast. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Pool area and grounds nipping clean, continuous washing down etc to make you feel safe in Covid times. Covid measure such as cleaning, mask wearing, sanitisers etc very evident. Overall a nice place to stay for a holiday

Just back from a wonderful 2 weeks at this apartment complex. Simple, clean well appointed apartments with air con and very comfy beds! My daughter had a king size sofa bed in the living room. Regular towel and linen changes and the apartments were well cleaned. Hairdryer was good. Loads of hanging space but maybe take a few hangers if you’ve loads to hang up. The complex is in a quiet location but only 10 minute walk to Lidl and the front strip. What really makes this complex stand out are the amazing waiters in the pool bar - BIG SHOUT OUT TO JOSE AND VICTOR! Wonderful service and they soon remember your order! My gorgeous morning cappuccino was lovingly prepared every day and prices really reasonable - €2.50 for my coffee, €2.50 for a large beer and pool snacks cheap too. Gorgeous breakfasts served and all sorts of snacks. Amazing cocktails too ! Shop on-site is great too - warm rolls every day for 50 cents ! The pool is exceptionally clean - every morning the attendants were there. Only issue was the reduced sunbeds round the pool due to Covid restrictions- you needed to bag a bed at 9am . Hopefully as things relax the sunbed count will be increased . The resort was really busy which was great to see - only Covid restrictions there are face masks are mandatory in all shops and to walk in and around a restaurant… also in taxis. A few restaurants and businesses remain closed but most now open. Don’t hesitate to stay at these apartments- amazing value for money and why pay more?

Last minute booking with 10 year old niece and it was very good. Complex very safe for children and although apartment was basic it had everything we needed. You have to pay extra for WiFi, but air conditioning is good, everything spotlessly clean and pool bar open for lunch snacks was good value for money. English TV channels in lounge area. 7 minutes to the front, all down hill but not too bad on way home. Lidl 10 minutes walk. All in all good value. We will return.
