If I could of given this a minus stars I would! The actual setting is superb it's the staff that are the problem! Firstly our shower didn't work...freezing shower on first day but we coped with that, we were then shouted at by a member of staff accusing us of giving drinks to none all inclusive guests...which is ridiculous. One...

Hotel is about 1 hours walk from main bars and shops although there are other bars/shops about 15 mins away...taxis are easily available and cheap enough. The all inclusive is an absolute joke, for example on the Oriental night there were spring rolls, sweet n sour sauce and something that resembles korma sauce...that was it..I have more Chinese selection left...

We came back on 12/3/17. I'll start with the positives - near to the airport & situated in a very quiet setting. Staff in bar & cleaners worked very hard to please customers. Negatives are the food - usually cold by the time you got to eat it & not a great choice. Sun beds need to be replaced as...

I chose Apartamentos Guacimeta for 6 reasons, to feel safe, clean apartments, close to airport, close to beach, close to local bars/restaurants and all inclusive. All but the last point met really good expectations, and the last point really was OK for me, but all inclusive package, perhaps should have been advertised as full board with drinks. This time, travelling...

Room 53 which we stayed in was quite comfortable and clean and of an average size and had a nice private balcony. The internal was in need of decoration and an upgrade of dated 1960,s...

Stayed here for 1 week in February. it was ok but not facilitated for all inclusive. To me all inclusive means food and drink available all day...this was not the case. We had been at a show one of the night and arrived back at 10.20pm. We went to the bar for a nightcap, it is advertised it closes at...

Stayed for 5 nights in February. Comfortable, spacious apartments. Lovely peaceful setting and just a short stroll to beach and busier tourist areas with shops, bars etc. Limited choice of food but good quality and the restaurant and bar staff ate in the restaurant too. Very quiet and no entertainment but ideal for quiet getaway. Pool area cleaned daily and...
