An extension of Puerto del Carmen just 2 Km from the town centre. The Villas have the added advantage of the use of the excellent on site facilities in there sister apartment complex situated directly opposite, 4 acclimatized swimming pools 2 adults & 2 childrens, playground,supermarket, restaurant and pool bar. Each Villa has its own heated pool with a spacious terrace with sunbeds and parasols, BBQ and outside dining area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms one ensuite with a jacuzzi, kitchen fully equipped with 4 ceramic rings, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, kettle, electric coffee maker, living room area with Satellite TV, washing machine, iron with ironing board, free wifi, telephone and safe, air conditioning, heating, radio. These comfortable self contained villas provide a great choice for families looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday close to the beach.

Stayed at Hyde Park Lane in number 46 for Christmas and New Year for the first time, the bungalows are very modern and lovely and clean, they have everything you need for a selfcatering holiday, maids came almost every day and were very friendly and polite whilst adhering to social distancing, on arrival in the room there was complimentary wine and cake which was a very nice touch, the gardens are very well kept and the reception staff are welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and problems were sorted in minutes, on our last day we had a problem opening our safe and the coach transfer was coming in 15 minutes, our passports and valuables were in there, I spoke to reception staff and she quickly arranged for someone to come and sort it, a guy arrived with his tool bag and a smile on his face and swiftly sorted the problem, we made our transfer. Thankyou Hyde Park Lane for a lovely Christmas and New Year…

Lovely complex, the rooms and grounds are clean and very well maintained. The beds are comfortable with a good selection of pillows and appliances (including a Tassimo coffee machine) staff are always friendly and helpful and pools are great! This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and have been just as pleased this time as the first. Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed in a villa here in January as a family of 6, ranging from 3mths to 84yrs. We stayed in villa 23, furthest away from the complex, but with the least amount of steps, so perfect for my elderly mother. We had, literally, everything we needed, so didn’t need to visit the complex much at all. The villa was super spacious, extremely clean, with every possible amenity we could have needed. The girls were delighted with the smart telly in their room, and their own en-suite. The cleaners, who visited daily, we’re excellent and friendly. We didn’t even know the hot tub wasn’t working until the manager called up to us to ask if they could call the following day to install a new one. We were also given some gifts for the inconvenience of the installation, which was a very nice touch, as it wouldn’t have bothered us at all anyway. The staff at reception were super helpful and friendly and did their best with any enquires we had, and are to be commended for same. The only issue I had was that I had enquired as to the heating of the private pool, and I was told it was heated, but it definitely didn’t feel like it was, it was extremely cold, with our 2 kids asking why their granny only got into the pool for 40 seconds for the whole holiday!!!! I would definitely recommend this accommodation and I can’t wait to book here again.…

I moved into these apartments after having what can only be described as a holiday from hell in another set of apartments across the road. Upon arrival here I knew it would much more relaxing, as the service from staff was great they were very polite and friendly. We were given a quick introduction to the area and shown on a map where all of the facilities could be located, the majority of which were free or simply required a deposit. When we entered the apartment we were met with a lovely little space, it was modern, fresh and clean. All of the facilities in the apartment were functional and more than adequate for the week, the water was also fresh and clean. There was air-conditioning in the apartment too, which was lovely to come into after a day out in the sun. In summary, this was definitely a great choice and saved the holiday for me! If you want to stay somewhere that is affordable, yet still has high standards, then I would most certainly recommend Hyde Park Lane. …

We stayed here in this hotel for a week. It was a very clean place. From the minute we arrived the staff were friendly and very helpful. When we arrived we got a gorgeous one bedroom apartment, it was very spacious. We’d 2 sinks in the bathroom (which were great) But we were a bit away from the pool do we asked could we move, the staff said there was nothing available at the moment but they moved us two days later to an apartment right at the pool. It’s a lovely quiet place to stay. Food was gorgeous from the pool side bar as well and very reasonably priced. We would definitely come back here.
