Very close to Viljandi by car. The room is very clean. The host is very accommodating and friendly. Kitchen on premises. Great for families with children. Forest is all around. Lots of tables for outside pick-nick. There are conference facilities, saunas, places to walk around. I would visit this place again.

This place is like small traditional Estonian village in the middle of Viljandi forests. Many different type of rooms and houses for accommodation, self-service kitchens, saunas and huge area for camping, also rooms for seminars, training sessions, wedding parties etc. Realy lovely athmosphere, perfect also for pets and kids. You feel warmly welcome and people who run this place are very friendly and pleasant to talk to. Superior service is guaranteed! And wifi works. :) Just one little minus - be aware of badly smelling water, you can't drink it, you cant brush your teeth with it and it makes even taking a shower quite unpleasant. I suggest you take a big amount of bottled water with you.

If you want to take a rest or have a conference/seminar in quite environment - Manniku Metsatalu homestead is right place for you. The guests can enjoy the forest with bird singing around, spacious rooms in wooden houses with quilts, curtains made in traditional Estonian way, in national colours and ornaments. Some rooms look like ethnographic museum. The homestead is absolutely suitable for conferences, seminars, summer camps, as it has conference hall for 60 persons and more than 75 beds. Families with children also will find good conditions to take the rest in this property. There is special room for families. Some attractions are available in the area of homestead - you can play basketball or volleyball, sail with boat, experience climbing, hiking in peaceful surrounding of trees. The smoked sauna is mild, and was loved even by those who do not like to use sauna at all. The host of homestead is very helpful and pleasant woman. She also prepares an excellent food, although the guests who prefer to make the food themselves are also welcome in this property.
