We stayed for one night because we were on a trip to visit all the Rimbaud's places. The hotel is very new and beautiful and it's full of Rimbaud references. The bed is comfortable and the worst was the bathroom, because it was so old for the new that's the hotel.

Great small hotel with interesting decor and very comfortable room. Very helpful staff, central location, easy parking. Found on the web, little bit confusing to sort the details, but well worth the effort. Lovely break with the Christmas market in full swing.

Had the chambre poème which you can see as the first picture on trip advisor. The room looks exactly the same, some differences since the picture was taken in 2012 and now in 2016 everything is getting old. Toilets weren't functioning for the two nights. It's getting old and it really needs some refreshing. Breakfast was horrible for a 4...

In Charleville Mezieres for the Puppetry Festival so always hard to get accommodation - I booked in advance through the Best Western website - all good. The challenge was knowing what room you are booking as the names don't seem to correspond to the actual room you get. This room only had two skylights - that automatically close when it...

Good hotel, somehow doesn’t feel like a chain hotel as it is relatively small and we only saw one staff member during our one night stay. Decent sized rooms, quirky design. Excellent location. Surprisingly the nearby railroad doesn’t really cause any disturbance but you will hear it when other rooms use the shower of flush toilet (very annoying during the...

Arrived here with great expectations after spending the previous night in the wonderful Best Western hotel in Reims. Had booked a 'Poem' room - the most expensive. What is styled as being an en-suite room is in reality a room which is partially screened at one end by a concrete wall that doesn't reach the ceiling. The bed is in...

The service provided by Benjamin (duty manager) was outstanding. The hotel location was very central and the facilities were excellent. Highly recommended and something very different to your standard accommodation.

The result of form over function. A reasonably pleasant room (though dark) ruined by ridiculous controls for lighting and AC (light switches are placed on the wall for a reason; easy access) on a panel connected to one side of the bed. The AC was pathetic too and the overnight stay (fortunately only one) characterized by stuffiness and sweating. The...

Very helpfull staff, which was able to prepare very good sandwich and beer even I have arrived quite late around 11pm. Tastefull breakfast with good selection. Very smart looking place delivering a rubbish experience for the money. Rooms look great but no practicalities like wardrobes. Drawers could only be opened by relocating chair in an already crowded spare. Toilet privacy very basic. Bath draining was hopeless( although the bath looked great). Our room was not serviced on the 2nd night of a three night stay. By...
