My wife and I (from US and Mexico) stayed four nights at Tembo village and really loved it. The service is perhaps one of the best we have ever experienced. Peter, Bettina, and their daughter Lara were very accommodating and made us feel at home. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and worked hard to keep the...

This place is really bautiful. Nice little lodges, very clean, good service and delicious meals - really good place to relax. The owners of the ressort, Peter & Bettina are very friendly and helpful. The beach is 10 minute walk away and looks like paradise. My recommendation: if you go to Watamu dont miss to check in at Tembo Village....

Tembo village is a real diamond when it comes to small get-a-ways. It's nicely decorated, the rooms are big...

It does´nt matter if you travel alone, with children/teens or as a couple. We stayed for 12 days and had an all inclusive package - it was...

To have a little "fake paradise" which reproduces as close as can be the comfort of home? Or to discover the "real" paradise in a...

The place was recommended to me by a local and it was beyond my expectations. It is a safe, clean, graciously-arranged accommodation for all those who would like to enjoy a comfortable, carefree and relaxing holiday in beautiful Watamu. The owner family is really delicious, kind, helpful and attentive to the guests' needs. I enjoyed their company as well as...
