La Tour des Anglais is housed in one end of the castle walls and looks down on the River Mayenne. Rooms are clean and spacious and the staff friendly, helpful and adequate English to allow understanding. We didn't try breakfast as we were never up in time. Located close to the town centre, it was easy to find bakeries and...

Reasonable accommodation on the edge of the old town, Restaurant closed on our visit in August, didn't try breakfast. Locked room for cycle. Annoying wifi you have to keep logging into. Poor decor, needs a refresh.

La Tour was suggested by another hotel in Mayenne and we were pleased to have stayed here. The hotel was immaculate and very well kept. We enjoyed petit-dejeuner every day which included lovely flaky croissants as well as a variety of juices, cheeses, yogurt, etc. The owner was delightful and willing to struggle through our franglais. Also, good wifi.

She welcomed us and showed us to our room and ensured our cycles were stored securely overnight. The hotel has old and more modern...

Stayed here for first two nights in a touring holiday. Easy distance from Dinard airport. A really nice hotel in a great position overlooking the river. The town is fascinating and the restaurant associated with the hotel is amazing. By far the best price for the quality of the food that we found all holiday, also a really good wine...

We were on a road trip through France and this was our first stopThe hotel is located at the top of a lovely square that has many bars and restaurants. There was plenty of parking available. The receptionist was very polite and greeted us warmly despite it being quite late and a bank holiday. The room was very basic but...

I stayed here for one night with my family (husband and two children) en route to the Ile De Re'. Mayenne is a pretty town. The hotel is off a very quiet square. It has plenty of parking. The hotel itself is quite modern and characterless but the location is perfect. We had a second floor room overlooking the car park/entrance....
