We were there for a family trip with 2 kids and 7 adults. we had many requests and all the staff we spoke tried their best to accede to our requests. As we had to check in the following day, all our requests (including baby cot, interjoining rooms, non smoking, double or kind bed, etc) were all made to the... More

I was travelling across South East Asia in early July when i visit Malaysia for the first time. i got a recommendation from the locals to go to Genting Highlands to escape from the heat. As it was on the weekends, i can understand that the place is packed and mostly all of the rooms is fully booked. I stayed... More

We enjoyed our stay on there even though only one night. The hotel is closed to the entertaiment and shopping area. The only thing is the room a bit small but still comfort and equipped by facilities...

Resort World Genting Highlands is a lovely hotel but sadly there is very little to do once you get there. Not even a swimming pool in this tropical climate. The theme park is under huge construction and the only thing to do was to haunt the casino every day which in the main part is smokey with men spitting in... More

Known for its casinos, the hotels ensures the windows can only be open 2 inches apart, so even if u lose lots of money, u wont be able sucide there. The management consider your safety top pirority. This also means there are no huanted rooms

I have always chose this hotel if I'm staying at Genting, after it has renovated. The room is much cleaner and brighter. The bathroom is decent and quite big with all the bathroom amenities and has a waterfall shower linked with the wardrobe. But problem is when you are with friends careful they may disturb you as this wardrobe can... More

Amazing hotel - so huge yet so well maintained. Though it takes time to checkin / checkout - yet its significantly less compared to number of visitors coming in / out. Lot of activities to perform - Casinos, theme parks, natural surroundings - all are impressive and worth spending time and money.

The room itself is fairly clean and it provides good toiletries , coffee and tea making, iron board, hair dryer ,safety box etc etc. Good house keeping too.... More

Stayed here for 2 nights with family and was an enjoyable stay indeed. The hotel is full and thus service was at minimal. Room was clean and spacious for 2 adults and 1 Children. The only issue is the noise from the next room was too loud during midnight, perhaps the sound proof was bad. Overall it was a pleasant... More
