Imagine a hotel with almost 6000 rooms. It must be a world record. The temperature in this place is just so comfortable and i feel that with the completion of the universal theme park which is targeted for next year will even make this place so much more attractive and enjoyable. Even the checkout service is so convenient and the...

If you are here during the peak season, I'm sorry for you. We paid RM202 nett for this Deluxe room. Peak season rate is RM320-424 a nite.....definitely not worth it. The beauty of a monopoly business is that you can be unreasonable and charge high prices for mediocre services/products. Genting Berhad is the sole operator of all the R&R hotels...

They are claiming as the largest hotel having 6118 rooms. Self service only. Nobody to take luggage and guide us to the room. Self check in and Express check out available for prepaid guests. No room service but the hotel complex contains number of restaurants serving variety of food and beverages. The entrance to the bar is through a casino...

Set the right expectations if you're going to stay here: 1. It's the cheapest hotel that is closest to the main mall/casino/indoor/outdoor theme park. It also has the most rooms, and most tour packages are tied up to this so surely it is going to be crowded. 2. Don't expect big and extremely clean rooms. But the rooms are quite...

Considering the cheap price you pay, you should not expect much. The deluxe room is just a very simple room enough for sleep only. There is no free wifi as well. Breakfast is provided but the whole cafe is like a wet market, full of noisy aunties and uncles. The hotel is however, good for location as it is directly...

As mentioned in most of the reviews, the hotel is huge with a grand lobby. There are around 30 check-in counters which itself gives the idea of sheer size of the hotel. The hotel has all the basic amenities however the rooms and bathrooms are small. The bathing space is just that a person can stand and very little scope...

Check in a disaster. Make Libby was absolutely crowded when we arrived and resembled an airport terminal. Rows and rows of chairs with electronic number boards. So many check I counters!! Unbelievable. First we went to the information desk and given a piece of paper to go to the self check in machine. The machine couldn't find our booking so...

Room is spacious, view is fantastic. you could see the moving cloud below and mountains. TV channel is pathetic. No toothbrush and paste provided. If you are coming with family for a good vacation, I recommend u stay in Deluxe room, compare to Standard room. I think I paid about S$70 per night.
