We were made to stay here on our honeymoon.. and trust me i would never ever even visit this terrible place again even if i am paid twice what i spend. Rooms are cramped. No room service. Unaccommodating staff. What else do you not want in a hotel. The only good thing was the breakfast which was HUGE and good....

I'm with a tour group visiting Genting for the first time. This place has been around for such a long time that everything seems outdated. Its like visiting one of Vegas's older establishment. It is understandable and I'm sure when this place first opened it must have been the "IT" place but with the new casinos in Singapore this place...

If one expects basic accommodation, then this hotel is alright - the room is clean and tidy. Don't expect the hotel to win one's heart. Visited Genting with family - 5 of us, including a pre-schooler. We stayed 3D2N and had picked non-smoking room. Unfortunately, there were men smoking along the corridor. I was trying to find the non-smoking sign...

As soon as we entered the Hotel, we were amazed by its beauty and the size. Check-in procedure is properly managed. Rooms are very clean. Lots of shops and almost everything is available in hotel itself. View from room was awesome. Although when we visited the hotel Outdoor theme park was closed due to renovation and hence we got Indore...

On 24 the December, even though it was a fully paid booking two months in advance, we had to wait for nearly 3 hours for checking in into this First World Hotel. It gives us a feeling that they are giving charity to us. Rooms were stinking. Not cleaned. There is no exhaust for rooms. Neither one can open windows....

We stayed here as a part of the group tour. Nothing much to boast about, being the largest hotel in the world it comes with its own cons small sized rooms, no room service or reception nos to contact you feel like you are living in a secluded place. Dinner in first world cafe was nothing to talk about as...

Stayed in the hotel on numerous occasions but decided to write a short review for my recent stay. What's good: - hotel is embedded with the entertainment plaza hence food & entertainment are all taken cared of. - plenty of parking spaces. - 32 check-in counters and also self check-in machines available thus making check-in process relatively fast. - water...

My mum, sisters and my family booked a night in this hotel. My mum and sisters checked in for me first and my family arrived around 4.45pm. We brought our children to watch Elmo Makes Music, so we did not spend much time in the room. The room wasn't that big but we didnt mind as we only needed it...

The standard room bathroom is small. Check in and out using the kisok. Most of the rides were closed for the indoor theme park in the hotel. Paid wifi is avaliable at the lobby only unless visit to the Starbuck for limit at 2hours usage. Only 8 rides are available due to the upgrading at RM60 (unlimited rides till 1am)...
