Well the hotel is huge with so many rooms ,understood but still no reason that it took approx 70 minutes for check in . We stayed in superior deluxe room but still not much facility and no room service , the room size was fine and the room was neat and clean ..

We stopped here from picking a car up at the airport and a stop over night before going to elephant sanctuary and further onto Cameron highlands. Hotel was massive, easy to park, check in took about half an hour at midnight due to the kiosks being serviced. The room was small which we expected for £9 a night! It was...

4 of us stayed in 2 triple rooms for a concert that happened in Arena of Stars. Both check-in and check-out were very fast as we did it over the kiosks. Help from staff is minimal for this process as the kiosks were easy to use. Room was spacious and clean, provided with bath towels, shower gel and shower caps....

Been there for celebration, the new tower's room not bad but a bit compact, I like club room with tea area. Check in very fast with someone helping at the kiosk. Like the weather but hope for much more discounts!

I give it a two rating purely for its location and accessibility to the theme park which was very convenient for my kid. Everything other than that was inconvenient about this hotel. While they try and do everything without human intervention - their infrastructure doesn't support their endeavour. At least in my case it didn't. The kiosk helped me with...

Needed to check in at the counter as the kiosk could not detect the passport. Queued for 20 minutes at the check in counter,...

Rooms are very small with limited amenities for a standard room. No fridge or kettles and a soap dispenser in the shower area. A water jug is provided for free hot/cold water that is available from areas in the hallways.. Vending machines sell tea/coffee packs and you may check in prior to 3pm for a 5 rmb charge. The rooms...

Hotel's proximity is flooded with eateries making it easily accessible. Room is average but considering the price. .. it's a great deal. Problem: no signage for the free shuttle service to mushroom farm. You have to ask around. Even e buses are not labeled you won't be able to tell which is which.
