Old charm and well located for hiking on your doorstep. Rooms a bit cold at night so needs updating but food and service great. Busy during the day but still worth a visit if only passing or after a day in the hills.

The food here is excellent Value. You need to book in advance before you are staying. The bar is very busy and the entertainment may or may not be to your taste but the Craic is good. Over all well worth a visit.

We went here as part of a hiking trip. Glenmalure Lodge is in a brilliant location and after our food there was traditional love Irish music before bed and a hike in the morning. Reasonably priced as well!
