We stayed for one night in a lodge with my 3 year old son ans 7 tear old niece, we had so much fun and would highly recommend this site. We wished we booked 2nights. Excellent on site facilities, toilets and showers extremely clean at all times fair play to the workers they are great, lots of sanitise stations. We ate im the restaurant twice no complaints, very decent for onside restaurant. Aqua park is hilarious great fun for the older ones. The town 2 mins away if u need anything. Activities great fun, a little chaotic with ques around the boats, canoes and bumper cars only two staff members under pressure no real system in place this was the only flaw but wasn't even a big deal. We look forward to coming back next year.

My first time to Hidden Valley this weekend and have to say it was amazing! Staff were so helpful and friendly. The facilities were spotless with cleaners on duty all day long. Lovely and quiet after 11pm as staff come around ensuring this happens. Lots for the kids to do. Splash Valley was a big hit with us all and the kids enjoyed Kayaking and mini golf! We dined in both the Snack Shack and The Lakehouse restaurant and both were really good. Our pitch for our tent was in a beautiful setting by the river and under trees..was perfect! Despite the odd shower we enjoyed Hidden Valley and cant wait to go back. The kids made lots of new friends too which was a bonus and loved the playground, the bungee jumping too. Our doggie even enjoyed the fun and relaxing atmosphere. Will go for longer next summer. Thank you to the staff and owners for running such a lovely holiday park.

It was a wet and windy August day but the kids had fun on the water inflatables. My only grudge point was the person in charge of it didn’t want to let my husband help them get changed in and out if the wet suits. Asking but how old are they?? Mucky fun.. kayaking was good But bring a change of clothes

I have visited this site a few times now, the last time about 2 years ago. It really gets better as time goes on. The owners waste no time in development and upgrading. I was very impressed with the new bar and restaurant that have been added along with a cinema, the latter of which I couldn't go into due to covid restrictions. It also has a new "Splash Valley Aqua Park" and "Laser Tag" that looks very impressive. There is now also another car park and additional toilets and showers all within this area. I do have to complement the staff who work constantly on keeping the place clean and sanitised throughout this pandemic. Sanitising stations and sinks have been fitted on the site, although social distancing will always be a problem amongst the young teens and the little ones. All and all, a great way to spend a staycation. I look forward to returning again in the future.

Stayed here 5 nights with our camper. Our children really enjoyed the facilities especially the water park, laser tag and canoeing. The playground was large and well presented. The trampolines were very popular also. The weather was fantastic and the river was a perfect place to sunbathe. The children had floats and swam everyday. The staff were so welcoming and so helpful. The whole site was really well maintained and had a clean appearance. Toilets and showers were spotless and the restaurant was great. If I had one criticism it would relate to the lack of recycling facilities. The bins were overflowing and it was difficult to get to the recycling bin as it was surrounded by wasps due to the hot weather.Overall we were very impressed and will be looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended for families. Tip: The site is large and I would definitely recommend bringing bicycles as a quick way around the park.
