Pleasant welcome from reception staff. Room clean - I suspect we were upgraded because we also had (and did not need) a dark little sitting room. Beds comfortable and bathroom good. We ate in the restaurant (14km up a narrow twisty road - there is nowhere else to eat!) which had a good menu but delivered very average food in...

Dear Customer, Thank you very much for your comments. Obviously when the hotel is full things can happen like that tells us breakfast service, but are perfectly rectifiable talking to the waiters. All buffet implies a disorder and it is our obligation to work to correct these situations and customer behavior.

very nice hotel in the middle of the Pyrenees outstanding view from the room. it is a pity that the hotel does not have any balconies except for the big terrace of course. perfect place for walking tours and tranquility

We booked the suite as we were there for 3 nights and wanted some space to relax in. The suite is excellent value for money - three large rooms (including the bath/shower room) with fabulous views. The setting is outstanding, at the end of a valley with mountains around you on three sides, and our suite had views of all...

The Parador is about 14K out of Bielsa which does create confusion when trying to find it. The staff are friendly and helpful. We checked in and went to our room, but we were disappointed as the bathroom was dirty. There was grime on the secondary glazing and around the bath and tiling. I bought this to the attention of...

Dear John, I regret that on arrival the bathroom of the room was not as clean as you wished, surely an oversight this was so. Anyway from reception we could fix it. On the other hand, I commented that during the spring-summer is better not to leave the window open at night as it is very possible that being surrounded...

Deserving of a higher ranking than 3 stars, this Parador is a joy. From the excellent helpful staff, to the comfortable rooms and wonderful food, not to mention the glorious views I cannot praise it enough. Its a long drive to its remote location but well worth it, if you seek peace and quiet and the chance to really relax....

I wondered if this parador would be worth the drive to its remote location. When we got there, the view was worth the effort. Watching the sunset from the terrace took away all the stress and worries of the world outside this enchanted valley. We had very good meals in the restaurant. Rustic interior with comfortable beds.

Second stay, I was here last summer and came back with friends this time. I was just as impressed. The setting is great and the hotel is wonderful. Get a room with a view. The bar is fantasic for an evening drink looking at the valley, and the restaurant is excellent with friendly helpful service. A unique experience and great...

I'm familiar with around 15 Paradores and this one easily ranks among the best. For anyone seeking a moment's peace in this world's fierce noise, Bielsa is a willing and happy locale. Deep and verdant forests, steep grey granite faces, impossibly high waterfalls, and the quiet, penetrating road: the hotel sits proudly at the end. A welcoming staff, particularly the...

Incredible location. Peaceful place where you can enjoy and succumb to the nature surrounding you. Wooden interior style and decor, lightly creeping wooden floor gives you warm and cosy feeling. Quaint. Staff is professional and kind. They are not too formal and speak good english. Restaurant deserves a good compliment. Dinner presenation was on a level you would expect. Was...

We spent two nights in this lovely parador snuggled into the Pyrenees. It was such a peaceful and relaxing setting and I enjoyed waking up to the sounds of the river and cowbells.
