The decor is simple and wooden, meshing serenely with the enchanting surroundings of mountains and streams. It is also very accessible and located close to many attractions like Chauli Ki Jali, Bhalugarh waterfalls, Mukteshwar Inspection Bungalow etc. Home to India’s second highest peak – Nanda Devi; Mukteshwar is THE place to go when you are needing a getaway from city life. The Hosteller Mukteshwar is one of the most awesome places I’ve ever visited. The view from the property is amazing, the hostel staff is very friendly. The food is so good that you can order anything randomly and it is going to taste delicious. I would like to give special mention to both Harish (The Manager) and Manish for taking care of every visitor with utmost concern. They are amazing hosts and are fun to be around. They are always ready to help with anything you need and they make sure every person is having fun (conversations, playing cricket, Jenga, IPL, movie nights, bonfires and whatnot) whether you are travelling solo or in a group. I met some really cool backpackers and overall had a great time. I stayed for a week and still wish I didn’t have to leave the place but I’ll definitely visit again someday. Cheers!…

First of all the location is nice food is good Negatives not for people looking for peaceful enviornment. Loud music no sound proofing in rooms rooms are located right near the activity room. Only for young crowds looking for dj type of enviornment . Be forewarned not for people trying to avoid hustle and bustle . Loud music plays almost thru the night. One word AVOID if looking for peace .

I stayed in the hostel for two days during the first half of April 2022. The place has a very relaxed ambience with a spacious common room, a large open grassy lawn and a full-size TT board in the lounge. It's located on a ridge. A spectacular sunrise can be seen from the open lounge and some of the rooms. For sunset, one needs to walk no more than five minutes along the adjacent road towards Mukteshwar (Bhatelia) to reach an ideal viewpoint. There is also a nice trek down the Sundarkhal village that passes by the primary school and goes down a long way to a gorge where a stream flows into a small but deep, transparent, shadowy reservoir. This is the sourse of water for the whole village. It will take about two hours to complete the trek. Food served in the hostel is good. However, there is no other eatery in the vicinity.…

-Staff is very friendly and will go way beyond to help you out in every way. -Food is also good in every way be it price,taste or anything. -WiFi speed is around 100 Mbps which makes workation very comfortable. -Location wise its situated at perfect place,every 500m walk leads to unique beautiful view. I will definitely recommend it to everyone looking out for a stay in Mukteshwar.

Amazing Host. Amazing Property. Excellent for workation. The internet is good. Even Jio, Airtel and Voda work really well. Food is lip smacking. One of the best hostels I have been to in recent times.

A good place with all amenities and food is amazing. The view is nice from the location as well as the nearby places. Mukteshwar Temple is just 10 kms away. Enjoyed their cafe as well. Will definitely visit again.

Had a really great time staying at The Hosteller Mukteshwar. All the staff and the host are really welcoming and do their best to help you with anything and everything they can. Trip to nearby places like Bhalugaad Waterfalls, Jungle trek and Chauli ki Jaali are also arranged by the staff. Will look forward to visit again and highly recommended. 😀
