I have stayed in this hotel before under its previous appellation of AcomHotel and I must say that it provides the same great service and value as the Premier Inns in the UK. The service was polite and efficient and the room very clean, well equipped and quiet. I would stay here again.
I've never had a bad night's sleep in a Premier Inn hotel, and this was no exception. Apart from a couple of marks here and there and a slightly awkward shower position the room was exceptional, really comfy bed, good amenities, nice view, very quiet. The staff were great, although not all of them speak English, and the cleaners did an excellent job every day. If you want to stay in the east of Munich then this is the place for you. I'd happily stay here again.
Very modern and clean hotel. The staff was very friendly. We had to wear a mask in the public spaces, which is good. They didn't have a breakfast buffet due to Corona, but a very good bakery is only a few steps away.
A very good hotel with a very correct and dedicated staff to the clients.Maximum hygiene and very good conditions. The room was very well maintained.the breakfast was well organized, with the schedule set by groups. There were a lot of shops around it.
I go there quite frequently as of now. The staff is always welcoming. The rooms are clean and modern. Very kind bar tender :) I always feel home here throughout the week. I recommend this hotel very much!
Stayed here in March 2019, very clean and modern. The rooms are not very spacious but nonetheless clean and has all the needed amenities. The breakfast was okay nothing to really rave about. The hotel has wifi and all rooms have a Tv.
Stayed here for a few nights for business. The beds are twin and hard. Breakfast is OK. The restaurant does not allow for calls even if nearly empty. One thing for a great resort but as this is a business hotel, only subpar. Would not recommend.
We arrived mid agternoon to be greeted with a smiling face at reception. The girl started off in German, and my daughter replied, but was quite happy to explain everything in English for my benifit. The roms were warm, comfortable and clean. The hotel is a quick bus trip from Tudernig railway station, which takes you into the city centre. The bus stop from the station is on the opposite side of the hotel, and the bus stop into the railway station is on the same side of the road, about 100 yards from the hotel. We ate at the hotel on the Saturday night, due to a busy day at the Allianz Arena for the football.Food menu is limited, but the pizza was very tasty . I would recomend the hotel to anyone.
I lost my phone during a night out in Munich and Manfred at the front desk was so kind and helpful. He helped me call the taxi companies and we got my phone back... so grateful he was there to help me! I'm so appreciative of his help, I can't express how kind and helpful he was to me!
Slightly off the beaten track if you're visiting Munich, the Acomhotel is a 10-15 minute walk from Haar station, and Haar itself is on the edge of the DB Inner Zone, so you can get 1 or 3 day group tickets for next to nothing... Anyway, the hotel - the staff are extremely friendly, the hotel is immaculately clean, and the bar is open 24 hours, even if you just want a coffee. The rooms are air conditioned, and while slightly compact, they offer everything you need, and they're perfectly comfortable. Breakfast caters to all tastes, and you can have as much as you want or need, including coffee, juices, fruit, cold platter, cooked, etc. All in all, next time I go to Munich, I intend to stay at the Acomhotel again.
