Overall our 3 night stay at Dar Nawfal was fine, but it should have been great considering the price. Our room was fine, the bed was a little on the soft side which bothered my BF and I after 3 nights. The service had "issues" - breakfast service was unbelievably slow (even though there were only 6 guests), and consisted...

Location- quite simply discoverable, secure parking nearby. Not very far from Rabat, but cleaner and quieter neighborhood than in the capital. Very helpful and pleasant host. Marvelous and cozy house, big light rooms, ultra clean. Amazing details, very romantic. A large roof terrace with spacious seating area. Delicious breakfast- best croissants in Morocco.

I stayed 2 nights. Excellent bathroom, wonderful bed, and the staff are very kind the last floor has a tent with couches and carpets. I recommend this place 100%. It's located inside the Medina of Sale and it's just magical. Near the tramway.

I spent two nights in this Riad, that I am suggest to everyone, who will like to stay inside the Medina of Salé. This little town which is in the shadows of the great Rabat has an impressive history. It is worth knowing in stay there. The Riad is very quiet, one excelelnte service, within the Medina, very easy to...

My wife & I stayed 5 nights at the Dar Nawfal as per the suggestion of a friend. It was nice & clean and quiet. Located within steps of the grand Mosque, and on the far side of the medina from the tram and transportation provided a discovery-filled walk every day. The hospitality was far above average and the home...

There may be thousands of riad and hotels all around in Rabat, but I suppose this is the best. I arrived there after a long journey from crowded and hectic Marrakech. Also I was suffering from serious stomach ache which might be due to local street food. The staff took care of me so much and the herb tea I...

I loved my stay at this delightful riad! Booked and prepaid a room with shared bathroom online, no problem. The riad is easy to find and around a ten-minute walk from the train station. I had a bit of help from Google Maps. The Salé medina is much easier to navigate than some others in Morocco (I'm looking at you,...

This was an excellent place to stay in Sale, a conservative suburb north of Rabat. The women who run the establishment are very kind, family friendly, and keep the place in prime condition cleanliness-wise. There was a great breakfast included with our stay, and I would strongly recommend paying the reasonable dinner prices (especially if you are tourists during Ramadan...

My husband and I stayed at the Riad Dar Nawfal (http://www.dar-nawfal.com/ – website not currently listed on Tripadvisor) along with his sister and brother-in-law for one night. We decided to stay in Salé because they were flying out of the Rabat- Salé airport and we didn’t want to worry about rushing around in the morning or traffic crossing the river...

“Very quiet, one excelelnte service, within the Medina, very easy to get out, the common Riad places are excelent with an optimal tent on the top floor with the possibility to spend a quiet and excellent night.”

“If you have nowhere to go for dinning, the staff will help you have meal in the riad. I actually had local lamb dish served with rice and bread rather than going out. So tasty and I would highly recommend this. The menu and charge for this service should be as similar as any local food shops around :)”
