Nestled in a prime location with scenic sea views, Windmill Hotel wins over guests with its exceptionally clean and comfortable rooms, complete with daily housekeeping. The hotel's varied breakfast and quality poolside snacks are popular, although some guests highlight extra fees for amenities like air conditioning. While the service receives high marks for its friendly staff, some visitors note occasional slow bar service. The enchanting garden with live music contributes to the hotel's inviting atmosphere, but travelers should be mindful of incidental costs that can impact the overall value.

My wife son and myself stayed here last week of August and to be honest it was fantastic the rooms were clean pool warm plenty of sunbeds never had to get up early breakfast was fantastic and bar prices reasonable also a great selection of snacks. 2 minute walk from an abundance of bars and restaurants and €8 in a taxi to Zante old town. Only let down was the beach as it virtually has none. All staff were pleasant and will definitely return

We came back after a lovely stay here last year. Cleam spacious rooms and we felt very safe with the covid procedures. The sunbeds around the pool were marked as disinfected or used, Staff all wore face masks and we were asked our preferemce for cleaners coming into the room. The receptionists were helpful and friendly and told us we could also us tbe sunbeds at Kavo across the road where there were steos down to the sea. The breakfast buffet had a good selection.

Stayed at the windmill from 19/8/2020 for a week booked last minute with jet2 and was a wee bit nervous just before we went due to COVID 19 , there was absolutely no need to be .
Hotel was spotless & all staff always wore masks breakfast was great & ran really smoothly as the staff served you your buffet must mention all the staff were very friendly and helpful sorry never got your names , Reception (staff mostly the one female ) was also very friendly & helpful cleaners too . The rooms were modern enough and had everything we needed also very comfy bed . We never stayed in the hotel during the day as the weather was extremely hot & we preferred a slight breeze by the sea which was literally across the road from hotel free sun beds were provided in Kavo restaurant think it has the same owners as the windmill though it was excellent there in the afternoon looking out to sea chilling by the beach has quite a lot of pebbles so would defo suggest you wear something on your feet if going into the sea . We also eat most days in the Granada next to the hotel food service and staff excellent would defo recommend. Will definitely recommend this hotel and hope to visit again next year .Would like to thank all the staff for a great holiday .

Stayed here for 14 nights from 5 August. Jenny was a wonderful host and all her staff worked their socks off to provide a first class holiday. Greek regulations and protocols placed several difficulties upon everyone but they all remained cheerful, consistently seeking to make your holiday pleasant. Early breakfast was buffet with waitress service. A novel approach that worked for me. You just knew that everything was clean, sanitised and distancing regulations were observed. Sunbeds had been reduced to a safe (socially distanced) level but the new venture of Kavo directly opposite was also made available for sunbathing and relaxation. An additional space that really added to the facilities. Thanks to Elena, Denise, Adele, Jenny, Pan, Niko, Sophia and of course the pool and lawn master Dennis. These are the people I interacted with regularly and they all went above and beyond to make my holiday special. Will certainly go again!

It had been 5 years since we have been here but The Windmill Hotel is as great as i remembered.
We arrived around 10pm, check in was quick and easy. We were in room 106 which is located beside the pool. The room itself is basic but has everything you need, it is cleaned everyday and is always spotless. The maids are so hard working and are always friendly.
This was the first time we have stayed and had breakfast included. There is always plenty of tables to choose from. There is a good choice of food, hot and cold. The staff are great and the tables are always cleaned quickly after people have left.
The poolside bar is great for an afternoon snack and a nice ice cold drink.
The hotel itself is in a great location just off the main street of Agassi so nice and quite, perfect place to chill. The pool is great and there is always plenty of sunbeams to choose from.
From start to finish the service here is amazing. Before we arrived i had emailed ahead to request some rooms and Jenny the hotel manager/owner always got back to me and is always happy to help.
Also we got engaged when we were over there and Jenny got us the most delicious cake to celebrate which i thought was such a lovely gesture.
Our first couple of nights the air-con was to working properly, we went up to reception and the girl on the desk informed us she was ringing someone to come out and fix it the next day. We went back to our room ad 10 mins later the receptionist was at our door with a desk fan which i thought was lovely and going out of her way to help us.

I have now visited here 7 times and every time it is amazing.
I would recommend The windmill to anyone! Always have an amazing stay.

Just back from a 2 week stay absolutely loved it! Spotlessly clean everywhere the pool is crystal clear and sparkling, Jenny and Dennis and their family ensure your stay is great, all the staff -cleaners kitchen, bar are friendly polite and fun and the best ever we have experienced any where, breakfast has so much choice fresh fruit, porridge boiled eggs scrambled eggs, beans, tomatoes ,mushrooms, bacon, sausages, salads, varied eggy toasties, croissants, cakes all sorts, gluten free options with a seperate toaster for gluten free bread which is a rare find ,and another client asked for soya milk which was ordered in straight away just ask! food from the snack bar/restaurant is varied and tasty. Having a temporary disability I was given a shower stool which was a godsend, ,the main block has a lift to all floors towels and sheets are changed daily and rooms are kept spotlessly clean, very suitable for families and just on the edge of the village so quiet at night highly recommend this hotel!

Whilst in Greece We had a boating accident and my partner broke her spine. Jenny and the team all went above and beyond In every possible way to ensure that our stay from then until we finally went home was as comfortable as possible. The cleaner came in every day (instead of 1 in 3 due to covid) when we wanted. The restaurant staff delivered meals to our room, the bar staff catered for our every need and Katerina in reception was there for us throughout and was outstanding, even arranging a wheelchair for us to use. The manager Jenny made it her business to let us know that she was there whenever needed, even giving me her personal phone number just in case. What could have been a total nightmare was made more than comfortable by this truly wonderful team of people. Can’t praise enough. Thank you all very much. Pete and Karen.

Just come back after a week at the hotel.
For a small star hotel we would recommend. All the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms are small and basic but as we only used them for sleeping it did the job. The buffet breakfast was well laid out with a wide variety of options and nice balcony to sit and eat to start the day. The bar by the pool looked nice but we did only have the one drink here, this is because for two small beers we paid 8 euro, which is very expensive or the lady behind the bar over charged us.
We had a room by a store cupboard which meant when the staff started at 7.30 - 8 clock in the morning we was woken up as they were very loud.
We would stay again.

I have stayed in this resort a few times previously, but the first time at this hotel. We were a big family group and the trip was a great success.
The breakfast is good, I'm sure there is something to satisfy everyone's tastes. There is a good range of breads, pastries, cooked food, cereal, fruit & yogurts, everything you would expect.
The rooms are fine, clean and tidy with good aircon, maid service is daily and the housekeepers are lovely and friendly. Some of the rooms are a it smaller than others, but perfectly adequate.
The pool and pool area is clean and well maintained, the pool is plenty big enough for the size of the hotel and a section for the young children, babies.
We did the Greek night on the Wednesday, would highly recommend this, excellent value for money, so much food and great entertainment.
The bar is well stocked and open all day and late at night. It is a bit more expensive then some of the bars in town for drinks, but not by too much. They do lovely food there, afternoon snacks or main evening meals, these are very good value for money.
We booked direct with the hotel and that meant we had the aircon and safe included in the price. If you book through a tour operator then these need to be paid for separately.
Only a 15 minute transfer from the airport, a taxi is about €20.00.
Overall, I would stay here again and recommend for a good, value for money location.

We stayed here for 9 nights 3/9 till 12/9 and stayed in room 314,
room needs updating as most of the draws were broken and the bathroom also needs updating. bath can be dangerous for an elderly person as the bottom seems to be grooved and could slip quite easy and hurt themselves.
Breakfast was ok and the staff were very nice, pool area at first was quite crowded fist few days so went to the beach, also at night no one seemed to support it shame.
Over all not to bad but will not visit again.
