The staff are very kind and polite. They are so friendly too. Maintain cleanliness. Had a very pleasant stay. The only drawback is if you want to go for shopping or go outside in the evening it is far from city. If you want pleasant stay then it is good.

Udaan Woodberry was a last-minute choice for its location, but we realized that there is more to the hotel than just its convenient location very close to Deorali the major connection pint. The staff are very helpful, service is with a smile. I would particularly single out Niyati and Diggy at Reception, Prayas at the Dining hall, and Puran in housekeeping. The food is simple vegetarian. The rooms are spacious enough for their price, and very very clean. The Luxury category of rooms is a very good bargain.

We went with our family post corona, the food at the restaurant and the service at the restaurant is beyond excellent. Staff at the restaurant are so cooperative and helpful, plus the food is just amazing. Hostess Durga, welcomed us with a big smile whenever we came. Abhi and Raksha made sure we were being served with whatever we wanted at all times. Words can't express how happy we are with this hotel and the team at the restaurant specially. A big thankyou for making my family feel special and safe during these tuff corona times. Keep up the good work always.
