Situated very near close at a walk able distance from the Gandhi beach, this place couldn't be any better, it has lovely arrangements for stay as well as dropping by with friends for a couple of drinks. The service is totally satisfying and the aura of the place reminds you of the old french hotels. The construction of the place...

We stayed two nights during a long weekend holiday, the city was crammed. Once in the gate, peace and quiet prevailed. Lovely building and staff. The grounds are leafy and green with pleasant undercover sitting areas. Our room was large with a lofty foyer and bathroom downstairs, a sitting area, queen bed and separate single bed upstairs.

This hotel is made from French bungalow and hotel is good. We booked standard room and was upgraded to deluxe room. There is not much difference between standard and deluxe room. Suit rooms are very good. Service at reception was good and breakfast was tasty. This is budget hotel.

We stayed at hotel du parc from 25 to 27 Jan 2017. The staff is good but helpless as management not interested in maintaining the property. There was a intolerable drainage stink in the bathroom for which the staff could do nothing. The toiletries were only soap and a sachet. The restaurant staff was wearing a t shirt of another...

Loved the location right in the middle of the City and the staff were fantastic, very helpful with organising other activities e.g. cooking classes and taxi back to Chennai. We did ask to change our room as the first one had the double bed against a side wall so you had to crawl over it to get in! The second...

Nice place to stay, but restaurant is avoidable. Staff is kind. They don't have their own car parking. You have to park on the road. So if you leave for a bit you may have to drive around to search for parking elsewhere and then walk back. That apart, its fine. Great location too.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff were helpful and location excellent. Laundry took a long time, arrived around 10pm. The breakfast was passable and there is no tea making faculty. There was no complementary water but a bar fridge at reasonable prices.

We visited in Dec-16, the best thing about the hotel is location and French style architecture. Its 5 mins walking distance to the beach road where you find the best pubs and restaurants in the city. Hotel staff is cooperative. There is lot of scope for improvement in food. Menu has limited options. Overall very good experience.
