They gave me several passwords and eventually I was given an address " just for me" which worked so that I could post this message The water never got hot in the shower, only Luke warm. For an expensive hotel purportedly owned by the countries President it was very poor and not conducive to promoting tourism in Honduras Irma at the front desk was rude

Hotel is very clean, food is good. Breakfast is totally worth it if you are in for a taste of local food. The staff is very hospitable, makes you feel at home. They are very open to providing anything you need to make your stay more confortable. Hotel is in a nice location, everything is within walking distance if you want to go sightseeing thru the little town. Parking is free but with limited parking spaces, so if you plan to use your vehicle to move around town just make sure it is not blocked by other vehicles if you intend to use it. We usually walked everywhere so it was no trouble, but heard other visitor mention it. Other than that, its a great experience!

With every toilet flush, half of what was in it exploded out. Bed was made inside out. Had trouble getting dry towels at night. Said we could have some in the morning when maid came. Only person who spoke some English was the cook. Food was very good. Was clean & safe and attractive. WiFi was poor. For the price paid I expected more.

Very Clean, good food - but NOT enough parking for 40 rooms. No valet either. Very uncomfortable to be woken and asked to move your car so another guest can leave early. Also no dry towels available after 10pm. Better to bring your own towels if planning on going to thermal waters.

This hotel was very nice. Super clean, great service from entire staff. The room was spacious, had quiet AC, hot water, and was very well decorated. A lot of character and the staff was so helpful and friendly. They arranged transport to airport and to Celaque park. Restaurant food was average in our opinion. Hotel is within walking distance to other restaurants and even the local fort. Great 2 nights of relaxation.
