Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

No communication from owner/office despite several phone calls and emails prior to arrival.
Luckily we met another guest who gave us a number for Sebastian (housekeeper) who we did manage to contact to gain entry to the villa. He also visited briefly to leave a map and answer any questions we had. We hadn't had time to look around so didn't have any at that time.
The whole property had a foostie smell (toilets worse) masked by plug in air fresheners.
Once we had unpacked and shop at the supermarket we had time to check the facilities - we were not impressed.
There does not seem to be a maintenance plan and the whole property needs lots of TLC.
In the kitchen, dishes glasses surfaces and cupboards were all dirty and had to be cleaned before use. The dishwasher needs replaced as interior is rusty and settings worn off. Luckily there was an instruction manual so we were able to work it out. Fridge had not been cleaned. Microwave not clean (didn't use). No grill for BBQ so unable to use. Bin beside BBQ had not been emptied. Utensils disgusting and old plaster under tongs!
Time for a swim? I started to clean the surface of the pool with the net provided as it was windy and leaves had blown into the pool. I discovered that there was no water circulation in the pool so therefore stagnant water?!
The pool did not seem to have been cleaned prior to our arrival and no one checked it during our stay. I tried to phone Sebastian several times before leaving a message - I am still waiting for a response.
We booked this villa because it had a private pool. What a waste of money as we were unable to use it.
Another issue was the shower. This leaked over the side of the bath during each use and floor had to be mopped each time. The shower curtain is inadequate and a screen may solve this problem.
We were very disappointed with the property and lack of communication. This could be a stunning villa if some time was spent on maintenance and cleaning!

Stayed with the family, villa was perfect for what we required and expected, four bed double bed rooms and two very spacious bathrooms, and the villa had its own pool. 10 minutes stroll to the sea front, passing some bars, a popular Italian restaurant and a Spar just two minutes down the switchbacks from the villa. Beds were comfortable linen & towels changed mid week.
Large living room is a great space to get out of the sun, plenty of sun lounges and outdoor furniture if you like the sun.
Safe, Dishwasher, washing machine and a bbq.
Some of the above are a little tired but overall the Villa is a great holiday rental, well run by the host Bianka. Would recommend and stay again without hesitation.

We stayed in a 4 bed villa with 6 of us in the party.

Contact prior to going was good via the booking.com app.

On arrival we were met at the office and taken to our villa by a lovely friendly lady.
Everything was explained to us and we were left in peace.

The villa was huge with lots of room and ALL of the facilities you could ask for. It was also VERY clean.
The outside living space was enormous having six sofas, a massive outdoor dining area and the pool.
All in all we were very happy.
The only gripe and it is a minor one is that a little more attention could be paid to maintaining the property. There were several lights not working and no grill for the bbq. That is it. The rest of the villa was perfect and it made our holiday.
I would certainly book again.

This villa is amazing. It is spotlessly clean and is fully equipped with everything I could need. The agent and the owner have both been a pleasure to deal with and everything here is exactly as photographed and described. I 100% would recommend this villa to anyone and would definitely book it again.

We stayed here for five day and we were really disappointed.

The pool was so dirty, and as it had no filtration, there was a hose pumping water into the pool continuously I assume for circulation. Just gave an impression of lack of care. The entire bottom of the pool was covered in insects and debris. Pretty gross.

The decor is tired, which considering there is an IKEA just down the road is inexcusable. Throws on old sofas and cheap cushions made it feel
Like student accommodation. The coffee machine and microwave were all relics of the 90's and need binning. The safe never worked which was a pain as had to carry all personals with us. Not enough towels for a family and the duvets were paper thin. All mattresses had bed protectors for incontinence which was the oddest feeling. Like sleeping on plastic.

However the biggest issue was the Villa being bitterly cold. It was unacceptable. We ask for a heater and in fairness we were given one, but it barley took the edge off the cold and we had it in the children's room for the most parts. The mornings were unbearable. The grandparents, myself and my wife just had to walk around with blankets. It made being in the villa very very uncomfortable. My farther in law left with a stinking cold as did my son my daughter and my wife and I.

I wouldn't recommend staying here during the colder months and would suggest caution when staying during the summer months as it seems unloved.

Despite over 15 phone calls, 10 emails, text messages - absolutely no communication.
Luckily managed to cancel booking before arrival. Others have turned up, money taken and no one to meet them/give them keys!

We stayed here for a week in July 2016 and within a day of our return had booked for the same week in 2017.

We swam in the pool everyday, ok I had to fish some dead palm leaves out of the pool but you can expect that in breezy teguisy.

At half the price of the hotel we'd stayed in the year before but with so much more room, comfy furniture, friendly hosts I'd recommend to anyone.

Do not book this property. We got an email confirming our booking and saying they could provide a cot and highchair for our baby. They took full payment over Christmas. We arrived to a rundown villa which looked like it hasn't been occupied in a few years with nobody to meet us. It was our first holiday with our 8 month old baby. We then had to arrange other accommodation last minute.

After reading some reviews I was a bit worried about what was in store but I had no need to worry whatsoever communication was really good we arrived out of office hours we informed the office what time we would arrive & Bianka stayed late for us to collect the keys she should is around & left milk water a bottle of wine & a watermelon she explained everything to us & was always at the end of the phone she arranged for us to stay in the sister hotel on our last day as we weren’t flying till late evening & needed somewhere for our cases & we had a toddler with us as well
The villa was lovely pool area very good it was ideal as it was very private plenty of room for us all really enjoyed ourselves couldn’t find any fault whatsoever we will definitely be going back my advice to anyone is keep up with communication before you arrive & don’t take any notice of other bad reviews

Not sure if you booked this villa. If you did please cancel and ensure no money is taken. This is a scam. Myself and several others have recently had money taken - then all communication stops. No one turns up to meet you and you’re left stranded.
