We just returned from the 7-days trip to Canarias. We stayed at HD Beach Resort. The staff was AMAZING - very helpful, supportive and friendly ( especially David ! ) Rooms were cleaned every day, we got room with pool and ocean view , which was incredible. Food was also great, a lot of different things to try. Overall we are very satisfied.

Have just returned from a fabulous 2 week holiday here. Everything was wonderful, friendly staff and the cleanliness is outstanding. Good choice of food in the restaurant. All the staff work extremely hard to ensure the guests have an enjoyable time. Thanks to Facundo in the bar who always remembered my drinks. Pool area quite busy but sun beds were available. Will be returning in November, see you all then. Thanks for a memorable time.
We have just returned from a weeks stay at HD beach resort. We stayed all inclusive and couldn’t fault it. Beautiful hotel and grounds with gorgeous views and a great location. We stayed in room 317 which had a separate bedroom with a huge built in double wardrobe. There was a separate living room and couch with a fridge and a kettle. The bathroom was big and modern with a walk in shower and small hair dryer on the wall. Our view overlooked the road and we had a spacious balcony. It was cleaned every day and the towels were changed daily also. During our stay we did notice the bedding wasn’t changed, I understand it doesn’t need to be changed daily but a change mid week would have been nice. The restaurant is a reasonable size and we really enjoyed the breakfast and lunch options. At dinner time we were sometimes a little disappointed but instead we chose to eat out a few nights. For all inclusive you really cannot fault it as there will always be something to eat. The snack bar is open 12-6 and has things like burgers, chips and mozzarella sticks and was a lovely addition, we had lunch from there a few days and ate it around the pool. One night we stayed around the hotel and the cocktails were lovely, although there was sometimes a bit of a queue at the bar. As part of your stay you get to visit the italian a la carte restaurant which was lovely. During the day you are able to self serve your own drinks. I recommend taking a larger cup as the plastic ones are not very big. Las cucharas shopping centre is only a 5 minute walk and has a lovely chinese restaurant called Beijing - all you can eat for €10.50 and the food was all freshly cooked. A further 5 mins walking down the costal path takes you along the beach and into town where there are so many nice bars and restaurants. The pool area is beautiful with a view of the sea from the front area. We didn’t use the second pool but there is a small child’s splash pool with small slides and fountains. We were a little bummed to see people reserving sunbeds the night before on the front section overlooking the beach. I don’t mind people getting up early to get their sun beds but I think 8.30pm the night before is a little unfair - especially when no one else does that. For the price we payed we were stunned at how luxury the hotel looks and its location too. The reception team were always happy to help - they were able to order a taxi for us and also printed travel documents for our return home free of charge. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return…
The food is excellent in the main restaurant and the reception staff are very helpful. I feel there are some hidden fees that TUI never made known. You have to pay for the safety deposit box, you have to leave a deposit for any towels, if you eat in the Italian you need to pay for drinks even on the All Inclusive and the bar shuts at 11pm after that time you again pay for any drinks.
