Stayed at the Vanessa September 2020. The hotel is very clean. i cannot comment on staff other than the bar staff as we never came in to contact with anyone. The apartment was large with plenty of room for our party of 3. The room is fairly basic and the bed was springy. Towels changed every 2 days but the cleaner didn't do any cleaning during our week stay. Room comes with all basic apartment needs such as fridge freezer, hob and kettle. we did request a toaster from reception but this never arrived. Hotel is well presented on the outside and well situated as a short walk from the beach and many bars/restaurants seconds away. the pool was clean and tidy. I would not recommended the hotel bar food as nicer and slightly cheaper elsewhere. overall this is a low budget hotel and good value for money. if you are on a budget i would defiantly recommend this hotel.

We booked a very last minute short break at the Vanessa in July 2020, this was our third visit to this little gem. Location is perfect, right on the main strip and a short walk to the beach. The rooms are very spacious with a small kitchen which has a full size fridge freezer. Spacious balcony with table and 4 chairs too. We have had pool view rooms each time. The pool has plenty of space around it with lots of loungers and parasols available. The pool bar is great, good food options available and very reasonable prices. Have recommended to friends who have stayed here and enjoyed stays too, would definitely again and highly recommend.
