Stayed for a week’s all inclusive at the end of September and apart from a few niggles really liked the hotel. The biggest plus is the staff, reception, cleaners and restaurant staff all very pleasant and hard working, even in difficult weather conditions. The food is fine and yo

We came back to The Roseland after a 2 year absence due to it becoming A.I, & not particularly liking much of the offering.

The trouble was, I did feel a bit guilty about the last review I put on here, so I decided to give them a look this year, and was made very welcome by all

Relaxing little haven close to beach. Delicious choice of food and drink, very polite and happy staff. Spotless throughout . Could not wish for more for a quiet comfortable holiday. No animation team or loud thumping music just pleasant greek sounds in background. Perfect !!

Can you walk to Zante town from the hotel ? ( Don't mind an hour or so walk )
Yes you can do the walk within the hour, my advice to you would be to keep safe while walking be weary of road traffic as many roads do not have pavements

We are booked for the Roseland middle of May next year. Will the entertainment be on then.
We were there in Mid May this year and yes there was entertainment on.

Going in May. Will air con be necessary?
The air con is free anyway - just ask for the remote at reception, when you check in. If you don't need it then don't turn it on.

"The best rooms are on the garden side it's quieter they are further away from the lounge and entertainment"
"Pool View Room"
"Quieter part of the resort highly recommended & going back next year."
"We were first floor near the dining room, facing the pool and found it very quiet and convenient."
"Pool views are best no lifts stairs to most rooms so anyone with any difficulty in walking however small should request ground floor"
