My partner an I booked this hotel as a treat as we usually stay s/c. We travelled with T. Cook and arrived around 7am and just wanted to sleep. We were given a room key and told to come back later if we wanted to pay extra for an upgrade. We didn't, we'd paid enough as it was! The rooms...

Great hotel, ideally located between the beach and the main road where the shops and bars are. It is a pretty hotel with well maintained grounds and is situated near a small number of fields.(Maybe take a torch for walking back at night?) Within about 5 minutes stroll you can be on a lovely sandy beach, which shelves very gently....

This hotel is definitely worth staying at. The food is great and the staff are friendly and very accommodating. Can't fault anything here. We were upgraded on our arrival and the rooms are adequate with clean towels everyday. The location is great with only 10 min walk to beach and 10 min walk to busy shops and bars and restaurants....

Despite all the previous reviews we were not asked about upgrading our room. Our room was not ready but we waited in the bar for around 15 minutes and then our room at the back block (room 134) was ready. It had a proper shower cubicle and and was cleaned every day with towel change three times by a lovely...

Having read some of the reviews on here, I was a tad worried about what we would find on arrival. I shouldn't have worried. Our check in on a Saturday evening was organised and quick; the receptionist told us everything we needed to know - how to work the lights, time of breakfast, etc. The room (141) was situated in...

I'm just going to list what's good and bad to simplify this. On arrival we were told that there was no basic room for us so we were being upgraded for the night to a refurbished room. We were not very happy about this as wanted to unpack and settle in after travelling, but went with it. When in the...

My wife, daughter and I returned from a weeks long stay at this hotel yesterday. Before we flew out to Zante I had a look at the reviews on here and at Google Earth, and was a bit wary about what we were going to find when we arrived. People seemed to be having lots of problems with the hotel...

We have just returned from a lovely 10 day stay at the Sirocco. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We were offered an upgrade room after I had asked for aircon/fridge/safe which are charged separately, these items are included with upgraded rooms, so it was 112 euros more for the 10 days, we accepted and I'm pleased we...
