We spent one week in September with our 1-year-old daughter Angela and her husband took care of us like we were VIP. The place is perfect for a family, the breakfast is Very good, the omelette is made with fresh eggs. The room is clean, the view in the back is peaceful, we are far enough from the noise of Laganas but close enough to end the day in Kalamaki beach. You can also easily walk to local restaurants.

Me and my wife stayed here for two weeks in September .... it was fantastic! Angelika and Apostoles were really great hosts. The apartment was spotless and had everything that we needed. My wife was wasn't well one day day, and and Angeliki very kindly drove her down to the pharmacy to make sure she was ok and then brought her back. Every day they greeted us with a friendly smile, said hello and waved and were really as helpful as possible. The views from our balcony were beautiful, and the sunsets amazing as you can see from the photo. Loved the place, couldn't recommend the apartments more and we'll definitely be going back. Ευχαριστώ πολύ! Alan and Gill Lamb

For the price, this has to be the best accommodation in Kalamaki. It is simply lovely, quiet location, immaculately clean, wonderful owner. So in the studio you will find everything included in the price, aircon, safe, kettle, iron and ironing board. Even washing up liquid and new sponge are provided. The room is very large, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Over the road from Elanthi (when I say road, it is so quiet, only ever seen taxis on it picking up or dropping off) is Anagenessis hotel, were you can use the sunbeds/pool for free, and there is a bar/restaurant there. Angela the owner of Elanthi cannot do enough for you. Ask her anything and she will help, and she’s a really lovely person. We will be going back to Zakynthos next year, and this is the only place we will stay. One thing to be aware of is that it’s a 30 minute walk into Kalamaki and a bit longer to the beach. If you prefer, a taxi will cost you €6. Do not book transfers from the airport, taxis are readily available and will cost €13, much cheaper than what Travel Republic tipped me off for 😡.

Myself and my partner have just come away from this idilic little place, and I just have to post a review. This Very pretty Hotel has everything that you could wish for. The staff here are incredibly warm and friendly, and absolutely nothing was too much trouble. The Hotel itself is amaculately clean, and the sourounding gardens beautifully maintained. I would say that the love that the owners of this establishment put into they're Hotel, really does project in' not only the Hotel itself, but they're welcoming manor towards all that enter. The apartment itself was basic, but more than adequate for our needs. It was cleaned daily, and towels changed on alternate days. The little finishing touches such as the two bottles of water apone arrivel were an absolutely lovely gesture, and very much appreciated after a long and tiring flight. The pool area is very pretty, and there are ample sun beds for everybody, with comfortable cushions to lay on. Breakfast was served from 8-10, and was delicious. There was plenty of choice, catering for most tastes, including locally produced jams, honey and so forth. The only slight let down was the coffee, but to be fair, I'm a bit of a coffee snob! You can purchase food at the pool bar, which is very nice, but rather expensive. We found that there were slightly cheaper places to eat in kalamaki town, which is a 20 min walk or 5-10 mins in the car. Over all this is a really lovely Hotel, and I would recommend to anybody wanting a peaceful retreat away from the hussle and bustle of life. What I would suggest though,is that hiring a vehicle is an absolute must, due to the locality of this Hotel.

The owners Angela and Apostolis are great and make you feel at home! Kind and always willing to help. The atmosphere is very friendly and it is easy to familiarize with the other guests, and meet for a coffee in the structure courtyard. The structure is very nice, quite and in a strategic position to reach the most beautiful beaches by scooter or by car as being in Zante you cannot stay in the same beach you really need to change every day because it is a shame not to see all the magic places the isle can offer. Rooms/apartments are equipped with anything you may need (kitchen, cooler, air conditioned, tv) and are very clean (cleaning every day). All the rooms I saw have a balcony. Quality/price: excellent! If I go back to Zante I will stay at Elanthi for sure"
