What a lovely family run hotel! Immaculately clean on arrival and the standard was kept up, not only in our room, but in all areas throughout our stay. The staff were so helpful and friendly and could always spare time for a joke and a chat, and the atmosphere they created made for happy and friendly guests. From the first...

Lovely hotel with a friendly staff who couldn't have done more to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Great selection of nutritious food every day, including traditional Greek and international cuisine. Zakynthos is a beautiful, lush island, very green due to the heavy rainfall for 6 months, October to April and the limestone which acts as a natural sponge....

Stayed at the Bitzaro Palace for 2 weeks starting the 5th May, 2015. We have never stayed here before but without doubt we will visit again. From the very first minute to the last the staff were absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. The place was spotless and was situated away from any roads so noise wasn't a problem....

This small hotel has been refurbished since our last visit in 2013 with new bathroom and bedroom furniture and decking round the pool with stylish wooden sunbeds. The cleaners and gardeners make sure that everything is immaculate. The food is tasty and beautifully presented with lots of choice. Packed lunches are available and pool towels to borrow. We remembered many...

After another wonderful holiday at the Btzaro Palace I can honestly say that it is simply the best hotel in Kalamaki. The staff are so friendly, the rooms are lovely - no basic old pine furniture so beloved by many Greek hoteliers here! Bedrooms are of a high standard for Greece, well appointed with good quality soft furnishings, and kept...

Excellent food choice of very good quality.Snacks and drinks also available most of the day.Restaurant can be crowded at peak times but worth the wait. Rooms fairly basic but clean and tidy, our TV was ancient and didn't work but as we spent little time in the room not really to much of an issue. The safe was a little expensive...
