We emailed the hotel for a specific room 101, this was acknowledged and given to us on arrival, the room had had a lovely makeover since 2019, everything brand new, it is on the ground floor but most balconies are to hot to sit out on, it’s a great position, nice breakfast, Helen at the bar is great and the pool guy/ maintenance man works really hard, enjoyable holiday thanks

I stayed here for 10 days with my wife in September 2021. We stayed in Room 301 which was a spacious modern and fresh room with nice balcony views. The breakfast buffet was tasty and there was a good choice. You have to wear masks and gloves in the restaurant at breakfast times which I totally agree with. The pool and bar area was clean and tidy and the housekeepers did a good job on our room daily. The maintenance / pool guy is a grafter and is very helpful. All in all, a great holiday was had and we would deffo stay here again.

Still here now,5 days into our week away in kalamaki. Here with my 9 month old daughter and my parents. Kalamaki is somewhere my parents have been visiting foralmost 30 years and I have been a lot of times myself, never have we stayed somewhere so modern and clean! The rooms are immaculate and cleaned/sheets & towels changed daily. The maids are lovely as are reception, snack bar and poolside maintenance staff, they can’t do enough to help. The pool area is nice and easily accessible, breakfast seems nice although we haven’t eaten as we always go to the same bar down the road for breakfast when we visit kalamaki. You cannot get better location than this hotel, 2 minute walk from kalamaki strip and 5 mins from the beach. Iguana bar is a 30 second walk and is the best bar around for English breakfast, cocktails, football/sports and also have a rooftop terrace now which is beautiful. The best part about this hotel is the rooms, they are so modern and much better than any hotel I’ve stayed in before. The only thing I would say is a slight negative is if you’re travelling with a really young child like myself (baby or toddler) the shower isn’t very accommodating so would buy an inflatable or something to make sure baby is more secure. Other than that the shower is amazing for adults!! Great hotel would stay again 100%

I would not recommend this place to anybody. I will not be back. My girlfriend and I recently visited and although the room was cleaned everyday , we noticed items went missing consistently. We thought it was a coincidence and took no notice when it happened on the Monday, maybe the item might turn up- which was a very sentimental ring my girlfriend had left on the bedside table. Wednesday expensive makeup items my girlfriend had 4 left on the counter which we both clearly remember seeing and were not touched, having returned from a day out we saw our beds were made and the makeup was gone all except 1. We got extremely suspicious at this stage and stopped leaving items out as we suspected the maid was robbing our items. Upon saying this complaint to reception, who were absolutely no help at all, we were told “check again” and no help was given. When i spoke to the manager at the bar, 2 other families who were staying at the time overheard my complaint and both said they have noticed items missing from their rooms aswell. This can’t all be a coincidence-the ring and other items gone forever, keep clear of this place at all costs would not trust it. Absolutely dreadful

Just returned from 10 nights at this lovely hotel. We requested a high floor when booking and was given 402 which was ideal with view of pool and mountain from balcony and the sea as you walk out front door. Ideally situated with short walk to bars and tavernas and beach Friendly and helpful staff and would definitely return to this hotel
