We had the pleasure of spending yesterday afternoon in this paradise. We are on our yacht in Bocas , so came over for our Anniversary lunch. Dave and Sue could not have been any more kind and hospitable. Our lunch was delicious, and their company even better. We will be back for an overnight in their stunning accommodations soon.

Glad you could"sail by" One advantage we have is the deep water dock allowing sail boats access without having to jump in a dingy. Glad you enjoyed lunch and hope you come spend a few nights with us!

The Garden of Eden is a tranquil oasis secluded from the hustle & bustle that surrounds Bocas Del Toro. It is located on the tip of Isla Sloarte and is seperated by mangroves making it feel like you are on your own private island. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are very clean and all have ocean views! The pool...

Thank you for the great review and compliments of staff. We strive to always make "your" vacation the best it can be. So glad you enjoyed the free kayaks. Hopefully you also took advantage of the free snorkel equipment. In 2017 we will be adding Stand up Paddle Boards to our "fleet." We are happy to allow our guests the...

My parents and me stayed in this amazingly beautiful resort for a week in April 2015. EVERYTHING about it was perfect - we couldn't have wished for anything better. The service offered was incredible. They always knew what we wanted before we had even asked. The meals cooked by the resorts chef were everyday incredible delicious and he always adjusted...

This place does not have an actual beach, but it doesn't need it. you can schedule trips to Isla Colon and enjoy Bluff beach or take a water taxi to Zapatillas key for the day with a picnic basket( I highly recommend this) Also red frog beach is right across the Island. You can snorkel of the back dock. you...

We stayed here in early April for the second half of our two week honeymoon. We enjoyed it immensely. Hammocks, swimming in the pool and in the sea, laughing and talking with the staff and other guests who were from all over, playing with the dogs, eating delicious Caribbean food (try Miguel's hot sauce!) and generally feeling so welcome and...

My wife and I honeymooned there earlier this month. While the grounds are beautiful and secluded, the best part of our stay was the people. Dave and Sue are excellent hosts and Miguel (the chef) has a talent for simple, yet delicious local dishes. We felt like members of the Bocas community, rather than tourists. Keep it up guys! -C.B.

So if you read the review before mine you will just have to know that the people must be nuts. They have two very delightful dogs and Dave and sue are amazing. The food that Miguel cooks is out of this world and while Solarte is calm it is only 10 minutes from bocas. This is a wonderful place and...

Only stay if you like Roaches big enough the help with your bags, Dog Poop on the walk ways, growling dogs when you walk to the restaurant to eat. and a good electrical shock when you open the cooler to get a drink. along with refusing to refund for the nights you do not stay.

Life off the grid at our bed and Breakfast offers a unique stay for those wanting to experience eco-tourism in the tropics. However, being next to the ocean with the high humidity and salt, corrosion does happen and once again we apologize that the refrigerator was acting up and was not detected by the staff in time for immediate correction....

If you are not into the busy life of Bocas, this is definitely the place to stay. It is a secluded paradise set in its own tropical garden on the waterfront. Accommodation is limited, but as a result one gets to know the other guests and the staff quiet well. Eating is communal and Miguel, the chef, provides meals far...

Staying here will easily be the highlight of your experience when visiting the Bocas Del Toro area. Staff are fantastic and will make you feel at home. The chef is talented - good enough that we cancelled our dinner reservations in Bocas town. Some things to be aware of: -Don't expect unlimited hot water for your morning shower -There is...
