Looking for mountains, adventure and nature? Then this place is for you! Family friendly! Spectacular mountains around the hotel. Staff is very helpful and friendly! The only thing is the road is bad and your vehicle will have to be a 4x4 to get to the hotel. But it is worth it! Stunning rooms, guided walks, star gazing and mountain...

I went with my husband for a weekend and we definitely loved the place. It is very peaceful and the landscape is unique. I recommend to book a hot tub; it is the best way to end up a day in Puma Lodge. It is just quite far away because of the long full-of-rock mountain road.

Two hours from Santiago the tarmac road ends and there follows 45 minutes of stony bumpy road to reach the lodge . The journey was swiftly forgotten as we entered the beautifully appointed expansive loggia. You are immediately surrounded by sheer mountains on all sides . Breathtaking !! The staff were charming and attentive , the food was excellent with...

I spent a long weekend (3 nights) at the hotel with my wife (no kids), and I have to say that it was a very relaxing experience. First, the natural environment where the hotel is located is breathtaking, and you feel completely far away from civilization even tough you have all the facilities. The hotel is designed to help you...

An interesting drive up through the valley off Ruta 5 through some small villages. The road is good up to the last 15km once you are past the Pacific Hydro project. You do need a car with good ground clearance. Once into the hotel the stunning scenery sets the place apart from the other hotels off the Central Valley. Very...

The earlier reviews discussing the tough road travel with good markers is true. However, we can attest to taking our rental Minivan up to the Lodge with no issues - just slow driving. Thank goodness we did this in March - and not July when the area would be heavily covered in snow. Once we arrived the service was impeccable:...

Dear CMLandy, Just as you say, the road access needs to be drives just carefully because we are located in the middle of the Andes. Nevertheless, we have just improved the road, giving it more reliability on the driving. Once you are at the lodge you can enjoy all the items you have just describe, and that’s why your feedback...
