I used to stay in this hotel during my work visits to Erbil, Iraq. I had been their more than 30+ . Its level of service and quality is variable depending on new management which did change few times in last 6 years. Food is good and palatable. They have nice outdoor restaurant that offers grill meat and shisha, and...

Billed as 'famous', 'the best' - well, I would question that. However, it's a decent hotel, within walking distance of the citadel and the old market, and it's easy to get a taxi outside for places further away. Breakfast is a good, if not particularly healthy, buffet affair (get there early!). Otherwise, the restaurant is so-so, and not so good...

We absolutely loved our time in Erbil. We were visiting here strictly on holidays. The hotel is impeccably clean and the staff always went out of their way to help us. This included arranging a day trip outside the city, providing us with extra food (at non-meal times) at no cost. The hotel is quiet and in great walking distance...

A very nice hotel in the center of Arbil. Friendly staff and polite.A beautifull in door restaurant which hosts performers of traditional Kurdish music. They also have an outside open restaurant that is wounderful. Rates are not that high. You can access all the city from there. It contains alot of halls for presentation and conferences and they are familiar with...

quick check in, middle of the night, desk clerk spoke excellent English. Started with a single room at the back of the hotel - very pleasant. Good location close to Erbil Civilization Museum, shopping mall, Erbil town Centre & Citadel. Only had hot water one day out of four, however. Good variety at breakfast. Restaurant buffet in outdoor area was...

The best thing about this hotel was the location, walking distance to the citadel & town center. I was in Iraqi Kurdistan for 9 days & for people that like their veggies, this place has the best salad buffet, it was especially nice to eat at night outside the hotel's spacious garden. Was here for a total of three nights...

Hotel is located on one of bussy streets of Erbil. It is an old Hotel and you can smell the old on every part of Hotel.Food is ok as you have some choices fm the menü.Hotel rate is overpriced for such service and comfort.Need some maintenance and renovation.

I stayed here for about a week last month. Check in was at 04:00, after 10 hours on planes. I was in my room and in bed within 10 minutes. Very smooth. I felt that the hotel was a bit quirky, what with the glass decorations in the lobby, but that the rooms could do with a bit of a...

Stayed at this hotel for three nights in June 2013. Since this was my first visit to Iraqi Kurdistan, I wasn't sure what to expect, but was very pleased with the overall experience. Since it was June, the temperature outside was quite warm. The air conditioning worked very well. The hotel is located within walking distance from the Citadel and...
